When in 2013, Syracuse Men's Lacrosse lost in the national championship, few could have fathomed it would remain the most recent final four trip almost ten years later. The lost decade of Syracuse Lacrosse, while widely seen as a failure, reveals the essence of why lacrosse - and sports - capture us all the way they do.

Cam, this was the best documentary series I’ve ever seen. This is the most complete story I could expect to see about such a storied team, culture, and religion. Thank you for enriching my life with your work.

There is no 30 for 30 on ESPN that has anything on this documentary. The research and presentation are second to none🙌 Amazing.

Just watched this series after weeks of procrastinating, and it was excellent. I was engaged the whole time and for 5.5 hours of storytelling that's hard to pull off. It's wild to think that a team that has been so historically good that you have zero emotional ties to can still make you feel these ways, and the respect for the origins of lacrosse as well (and the fact that it was so well-woven into this story). And as a Vermont alumna (whose interest in the game coincided with our program's rise to relevance that started when I was there, though they only got over the hump of the AmEast title game after I'd graduated), understanding the Cuse program makes me that much more excited for the season opener in a few weeks at the Dome.

I am trying to find the words to express my feelings at this moment after watching this complete series. I was born and raised in Syracuse and now reside in Perth, Western Australia. I have always followed Syracuse Lacrosse and knowing what I know now, it will give myself much more appreciation of Syracuse Lacrosse. I firmly believe that the Spirit of the Six Nations continues to flourish and with Syracuse in the midst of it, only the best is yet to arrive in Syracuse Lacrosse. What a FANTASTIC documentary. I have never believed in coincidences and now with the number 22, it has all been planned out by a Higher Authority. Gary Gait in 2022 --- HELLO !!!!!! I will be watching Syracuse Lacrosse from a totally different perspective now. Thank You for a Wonderful Documentary.

As a massive Albany lacrosse fan, I was waiting this whole series for the Thompson twins to make their entrance. You just can't tell the story of (upstate NY) lacrosse without talking about them

Absolutely incredible documentary. The story telling arc and pacing were perfect and the use of the style of Bois is a lovely touch. You have a real talent to make me care about a team, university and sport of which before this my interest was minimal and my knowledge was naught. Outstanding piece of work and I look forward to anything you make in future.
