That's a life battle Lee. Therapy might help. Thinking things through, listening to people, Joey included and paying attention. You're a fundamentally good person.. a " nice" guy. You will find a balance. If you dont' work on yourself, then yeah...probably at age 50 you'll have similar problems...but you have the intelligence and drive to address it. PS you're half way there just by having that awareness.
