Yeah Bubbles seems to have problems with that dude and his way of talking to him as someone mentioned. Also Bubbles, despite having anger issues, never has done anything HARMFUL. He never attacked the guy in a violent way or targeted anything vulnerable of him. Just shows a dog who may need anger management still has control. Something humans need to learn. Bubbles loves his momma. Hardly ever reacts angrily to her.
