A notorious gunfighter, Chain Lightin' they call him, is freed from the penitentiary and immediately heads into the town of Blue Jay and soon finds trouble, gunning down an innocent man. However, he is really gunning for the Cisco Kid. Meanwhile, the Kid is not his usual self; he sprained his wrist and may not be able to protect the town’s residents. His companion, Pancho, though won’t let that happen!
