Hi Harry.... It was a great little overnighter. Certainly was a pleasure to be out and about with you pal. Great video even though I look like a " punched in piece box" 😂😂😂... It was nice to have something a bit less manic than my glentress run mate. Speak soon bud 👍

@@Yorkshiremadmick you can get these in sports direct mate... Between £1.50-£2.99 mate...it's a pod of three. Sports enthusiasts use them for their powders and tablets.. creatine etc mate 👍
