Love Love Love is what I am sending - I am not a front line worker - and my prayers are with them all - this Pandemic has effective us all in some kind of way . The class has helped me tremendously & I will be forever grateful for this presentation - Peace & Blessings to you and your family and the front line workers as well. ❤️❤️❤️
Our heroes, caregivers would be better served by going out into peaceful nature, hear the wind blow through the trees, listen to the birds, feel the sun on their faces.
It's actually science :) you can research TRE and trauma release somatic movement. Neuromuscular tremors/ SHAKING release deep-rooted muscular tension and that regulates the nervous system so that a state of relaxation and calm is obtained. SO if you work as a police officer, fireman, nurse or you suffer from PTSD shaking and TRE really helps.
Of course! While we made this Class short enough for a frontline caregiver to do when they have only 10 minutes to spare at work or the end of a long day...we hope it serves anyone and everyone who comes across it!
@@theclassbytt Thank you! Just wanted to check in first as I'd feel better knowing its cool! Prob a silly question! :) I am signing up for your classes just now on your website too so I'm excited to be part of it!! xxx
