Wcup situation do or die match makes kapil innings more special

It wasn't an off day - two reasons 1. They were overconfident of the target and thought they can finish it off in 30 overs or something, and 2 - India had nothing to lose and played like a real team (see the fielding quality in the highlights). It is easy to downplay the efforts. How can India be lucky when they lost the toss and was promptly asked to bat when conditions were harder? I think they got lucky that Kapil mishit to long on :-) One more thing, people say Richards was careless, but Madan Lal knew that Richards was in the mood to tonk pretty much everything that he sent a slower ball (probably cross seam) which didn't bounce as expected or come in as expected which resulted in the mishit. Of course Kapil had to catch it. Only luck India had? Lloyd pulling his hamstring
