federick almonte why does a girl having sex before marriage make them ‘easy’? Do you view guys who do that the same way? Marriage isn’t for everyone and some people just don’t want to get married (for their own different reasons)...so what, because they never plan on getting married they should never have sex then? I’m a guy and I honestly don’t see myself getting married or having children. Am I supposed to not have sex and feel pleasure? Goes same way for females. The whole idea of you ‘have to be married to have sex!’ is absolutely ridiculous if you take time to break it down and think about it. Not everyone lives the exact same life. And this is why I commented with the song WAP at weddings. They are the best place to meet good/attractive/nice girls who might want to hook up and have a good time. It could turn into a relationship or friendship. Or it could just be a great time and memory for the both of you.

This is just a suggestion Abby, these videos aren’t really my thing, and that’s okay I’m not here to hate on your channel, but I have a suggestion. I and a lot of others (as you can see by the comments) are here from ads which it seems as though me and many others can’t seem to stop seeing. And I think why most of your videos are more disliked rather than likes are because people literally can’t avoid your videos, so now ur comment section and your likes are damaged because of it. I understand wanting to get ur content across however I think it’s doing more harm then good. It’s targeting audiences that don’t seem that interested instead of people you want to reach out to, just a thought, maybe stop the ads?

Love this video, although I thought all this stuff was just common sense? Of course the big day is about the bride, not the bridesmaids! :) the only exception (imo) is if the bride tries to force you to buy a dress you cant afford to do something you dont want to at the bachelorette party. In those cases, a back and forth is needed.

I’ve been a bridesmaid seven times. Two of those times I was the Maid of Honor. I could write the book. I’ve thrown a dozen bridal parties, and bachelorette parties. I also ended up throwing the baby shower for the majority of the women I threw the Bridal Showers, and Bachelorette Parties for. I love throwing the parties.

most weddings i’ve been to, there is a dress code (bridesmaids all wear red, purple, etc). but if there isn’t, don’t wear anything too bright/saturated that will draw the eye away from the bride. for the dress itself, wear something simple yet sophisticated. nothing too flashy in color or dress

As I look through these comments, I tend to feel as though people don’t know that different lifestyles do exist. Even if you don’t agree with this woman, you have to give at least some partial credit to put herself out there and even have the courage to say how she likes to live. Many say that everyone is different and we have to accept that as human beings, and yet some are criticizing her content just because she is trying to hit a target audience and to find people who can connect with her.

I completely agree. I have commented on several of her videos about the absolute irony of SO many women commenting negatively and disliking her videos so that the RU-vid algorithm sees her engagement and keeps prominently recommending her videos; the problem is that none of the women complaining know what irony means or how the algorithm works despite efforts to explain it to them. They complain she is PAYING for ads when in fact THEIR NEGATIVE ENGAGEMENT pushes her recommemdations farther and farther, lol!! Engagement is engagement, whether positive or negative. So I say let them come and dislike and comment!! Each time they do so, Abby's vids are recommended more and reach more people!!

She specifically made a video called "why YOU should dress modestly" and repeatedly implied or even outright said that a woman doesn't respect herself if she's showing skin. If she was like "this is what I like to do but I respect people who want to live differently" then most people wouldn't have a problem with it. Not to mention all the outright sexism she has said.

Off topic, but I was watching one of your old videos when you were cooking dinner and you were discussing kosher guidelines and asked about vegetarian/vegan dishes. If you haven’t checked out minimalist baker I highly recommend their blog. We are Eastern Orthodox Christian and observe vegan fasts throughout the year and that site has been an amazing resource for us. They are simple meals that are either 10 ingredients or less/30 minutes or less to make/ one pot meals. Many (not all are plant based). We love the Thai carrot soup and the chocolate chia seed pudding recipes 😋

IlluminatiMLG We do a lot of Thai/Asian meals as well. There is such variety available for vegan dishes and many times I prefer plant based dishes over a dish with meat. We really enjoy this sweet potato curry with spinach. So easy to make and so good! .elavegan.com/sweet-potato-curry-vegan/

Sun Ria I don’t know if I would go as far to call myself as a Christian Vegan, as I don’t completely abstain from meat and dairy. I could drop meat completely with no problem, but dairy would be a harder transition. I do think Veganism would be considered the ideal diet in our tradition as our hierarchies and monastics eat an predominantly vegan diet (with fish allowed on non fast days) .
