This great advice. we do commercial project from 500K - 1MIL and i have never been asked to be bonded. I should look into this. PS what wireless mic and camera do you use? The quality is outstanding.
You mentioned workers filing liens on n a house. I didn’t think you could file a lien unless a notice of commencement was filed before the job? Not many fencing contractors are doing notice of commencements especially if there are permits involved for the job.
