The journal is 9" X 6" X 4 1/2" with a hard cover. There are two very interactive sections filled with flips, fold outs, fold ups, acetate windows & pockets, tuck spots, belly bands and notebooks. The abundance of cards and tags that fill the journal are all backed with an additional layer of decorative cardstock. Chiffon ribbon is lace through all metal eyelets and blub pins hold the dangles to the larger cards. The third section has double-sided pages with many having different lace trims on the edges. the third section is tied twice so that if you want to remove it, the twine will still hold the pages to its cover.
