Opening a square jewellery box the magician reveals two coins, a half dollar and a £2 coin, lying on a square of foam inside. The coins are lifted out and displayed as is the foam to show that the box is otherwise empty.
The £2 is dropped into the box and the foam square placed on top of it. The half dollar is then positioned on top of the foam and the lid slipped back on.
Moments later, the lid is removed to reveal a transposition has taken place, as the £2 is now on TOP of the foam and the half dollar is discovered underneath.
Extremely easy to do this requires no sleight of hand.
