What a wonderful duo!! The talent of Larry is mind-boggling!!!

Larry Collins co-wrote two big hit songs...Delta Dawn and You're the Reason God Made Oklahoma. Lorrie Collins was Ricky Nelson's first love. Their talent speaks for itself.

Got all 3 volumes of "Collins Kids at Town Hall Party". What incredible talent and stage presence this teenage brother-sister duo had! They were obviously the favorites of the crowds at THP. Lorrie is only 16 here and Larry is only 14. They normally did covers of popular songs at THP, and not any of their own records! This was due to the THP crowd requesting covers. Collins Kids covers of popular songs (Jerry Lee Lewis, Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, Everly Brothers, etc) were as good as the originals and often the Collins Kids' live cover is the one I prefer over the original!

Larry and sister great entertainment..the kid can play with the best of them has unbelievable energy and man he can dance with a big ole double neck mosrite

Larry given prop's to Van Dutch's hot rod works in 1959! That's awesome, I'm betting hardly nobody even knew who he was talking about.

Shake a Hand was done quite well by incredible artists like Little Richard before the Collins Kids but their version just moooves me!!
