i know its khaz that manages this account, but i hope in someway that this message makes it to julia and jacob. i am currently a week into recovery post top surgery and watching the vods have been a huge help in keeping me entertained and not losing my mind in being house bound (not really but ya know). i thoroughly appreciate the environment and community that is fostered by two very cool people and i am so so glad that i was introduced to sss by a close friend! yall have been an anchor during finals as well as something to keep me laughing in the most terrible times
Congrats on your top surgery! I had mine end of September this year and it healed really quick and really well. Drains were nasty for the emptying three times a day thing but I only had to do it for a week and a half (they also changed the way they are so pulling them out literally felt like nothing. I don’t know if this is the same where you are though). Just keep remembering to take walk breaks to prevent blood clots and keep moving your arms so you don’t get a frozen shoulder. It was uncomfortable at first, but I didn’t push too hard and eventually was able to do it. Also, if you did nipple grafts, don’t be scared if the skin on top starts to flake off after a few weeks! They didn’t warn me that the darker skin on the nipple would peel up and reveal the pink new skin underneath. That happened after I was finally allowed to shower again. Stay strong, friend! But once it’s healed and you know that you never have to wear a binder again…it’s pure freedom. Never been happier.
congrats on the boob remove! i had a reduction a number of years ago bc my insurance was not on board with top surgery as a minor. im waiting to get approved for it now though 👍🏻👍🏻 i remember the healing being pretty rough and being bored a lot, so im glad the streams are helping! take care of yourself :)

When cryptid Julia leaves the game and starts cryptiding it up in the real world at the end of the stream it was hilarious. Excellent work by Julia in this one, lol
I get nervous about these kinds of streams (whether here or on Drawfee) because all the guests, a couple in particular, tend to be overstimulating and overwhelming for me, but the way this game muffles, silences, and adds effects to the players talking not only adds a really cool immersive experience, but also breaks it up so that there's not a constant barrage of talking and sound from everyone at once, if that makes sense. It's really nice. That said, I super don't know what the story of this game is and what they're supposed to be doing. Something about quotas, a deadline, and exploring.
if you genuinely want to know: you are hired by a sketchy company to explore mysterious abandoned buildings on various moons for scrap to sell. You need to reach an ever-increasing quota of money obtained from scrap over the course of three days. There are some logs you can find that pepper in some light lore and implies there may be some ulterior motive to why you give all this scrap to a mysterious tentacle beast. But really thats all just set dressing to accompany the gameplay loop
I just wanted to pop in and say I'm in the exact same boat as you! I love all the guests (they're awesome people), but having them together is a LOT, and as you expressed, the hyped up/loud vibes some of them have can be really overstimulating. I generally can't watch collabs with those particular people in them, but the way this game works makes it WAY better.
Knowing this VOD would be here for me, I watched this from Onsta's POV live (great btw, i think they've also got a VOD channel, there's some Secret Julia in it too) and just hearing her muffled cheerful chatter to herself basically constantly in Jacob POV is SO FUCKING FUNNY.
This was just the kind of silly thing I needed lately. Julia and Onsta are such a huge vibe the whole time, and it warmed the soul... Though everyone was fantastic. Including Khaz, who works very hard and is appreciated 'cuz I can't catch these when they actually stream, and the community posts give me something to look forward to later in the week.

1. Larger company mod unbalances the game monster difficulty doesn't scale beyond 4 players, and more people to search and carry loot means they clear out earlier and don't spend as much time on moons after dark. 2. You missed a bunch of stuff by only focusing on what Jacob saw vs what the group reported encountering. I'm only halfway through and they've already seen slimes, turrets, a bracken, a spider, a fart lizard, landmines, a forest giant, a "raw chicken monster" (likely thumper) Edit: they literally encountered a mouth man seconds after I posted this lol
