Wonderful wonderful staff! As a pianists who have been struggling years to extend my deep understanding of the keyboard to the fret this is priceless Thank you Anthony!
Wow, Anthony, this is extremely helpful, indeed! Thank you so much! - I have recently retired from my job and now trying to learn the piano as a guitarist. I cannot think of any better method to sort of intellectualise my guitar skills and transfer them to the piano.
Thank you for the new video guide, and especially for the awesome software. If possible, could you make the download available on a host that does not require a login to access it? I would really appreciate it if you would, because I prefer to avoid creating an account to gain access to the file. Guitar Tutor is the best overall musical learning software I have ever encountered. I really appreciate your efforts in creating it, and your generosity in sharing it with the community. Thanks Again! (Edit: Fixed Typo)
Hi, thanks for your kind feedback, but I'm not sure what you mean about the account creation. I just opened the video using an Incognito session and was able to download the installer with no problems. Can you elaborate on the issue you're having please?
@@OneManAndHisSongs Hi, and thank you for the reply. Your message prompted me to attempt a download on my mobile device, and everything worked just fine. It's likely that browser extensions on my main PC system interfered with the download, because I was redirected straight to a login prompt. All is right in the world now, however, as I have moved the downloaded files from my mobile device to my main system. My apologies for the confusion, and my heartfelt thanks, once again, for this superb software program. I use it almost daily, and I really love the metronome, as I can set it to gradually increase tempo at any interval I desire, which makes my practice exercises extremely effective and beneficial. The fret-board and keyboard guides are simply incredible, and have already served to greatly expand my knowledge. Needless to say, I will be religiously viewing every one of the Guitar Tutor guides in this video series as soon as they become public. Thanks again!! 🎸

Anthony this is a fantastic program ! Do you have a version that runs on Apple phone / ipad / laptop ? I would be very happy to buy a copy. Regards Gordon
I'll try to see if I can replicate that issue. TR (and BR) both use your monitor resolution to work out where to position the app (and in my case it knows that I'm using 2 monitors so it throws it to the top right of the second monitor.) Perhaps there's some reason why it's miscalculating your resolution. If you're OK with using RegEdit, the key that stores your screen position is in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\GuitarTutor2, and is called PosMode. if you change that value to 1 it will set it back to "Free" mode. (TR is 2, and BR is 3).
Yeah could very well be. I never considered the possibility of 3 monitors! I wonder where it went.... I'm glad you enjoy my videos, and that you got GuitarTutor to come back :)
I think I know what the issue is, but it's a complete guess, and I can't test it on my system: I think your virtual screen co-ords go negative (so that your middle monitor has x=0). If you're interested in downloading a new exe that (attempts to!) account for -ve x values, email me at anthony@onemanandhissongs.com and I'll send you a link. I don't want to share it publicly until I know the fix has worked (since I can't test it myself).
