Vishaw from Decoy is certainly not in that category. I watch his streams, and he plays during normal hours with no manipulation. Dude is a straight up beast. Don't diminish his skill. Even in losing games he always manages to pull 4 k at the least.

This is basically how I 3 marked my tiger 1 just i found myself pushing up to the front line in top tear matches and playing somewhat passive in bottom tear firing mostly premium ammunition being unpredictable and being aware of my surroundings on the map and not camping in the same positions too long I’ve noticed that the biggest mistakes are when a team won’t push at the right time or push too hard early on in battle situations like that seem to lead to confusion and often failure

Free XP to the top gun (or the preferred gun) for tech tree tanks Do the best you can every game and don't worry about the occasional bad game. Absurdly good/bad games only move your percentage a little (~2-3 percent tops). After the first mark, the harder you "try" the more frustrating it becomes. Just play well and it will come organically. No one else cares about your marks

Consistently exceeding the current mark requirement is key in going from 85% and above. And if you're doing that then typically a byproduct is usually a +60% win ratio.

Thanks a lot for this great summary on how to get marks of excellence. I would have some questions: 1. Is there anyhting special happening when you reach the 4th mark of excellence? I remember that I read somewhere that as soon as you have 4 MoE you can earn gold per game besides the normal silver income. Can you confirm if this is true (as most WoT players I dont have any tank with 4 MoE). 2. What counts to the average damage besides the direct damage I deal myself. Again remembering (might be from WoT PC) that either assited damage OR track assisted damage does count on top to the damage you did directly. Never both assists only the highest of these two assist variants. Do you know if this is true also for WoT console? 3. As you mentioned that WoT apparently caluclates the average damage of the last 100 games you played in a specific tank, does this mean you need to have at least 100 games before you will be awarded a 3rd or even a 4th MoE?

A steady diet of damage and assisted damage moves the percentage up quicker.

bro i didn't even know that the fourth mark existed lmao, i play wot since i was 7 yo, i'm 19 lol ( btw i switched to wot console 5 years ago and i played not that much, but since the start of the year i started getting really coompetitive about the game so yeah that means why i didn't know lol )

I disagree with lower tiers consist of lower skilled players. Tier 8,9 and 10 are sh!t show at times. I don’t have valid data to back that up - but just my general overall impression from playing - which isn’t scientific by any means. I find the I can be consistent at any tier but basically play what I am in the mood to play. Marks, WN8 is pointless to me - playing to have fun and have a laugh is the primary goal.

Trying to 2 mark my Shitbarn. The game itself keeps stopping me by not registering direct hits, and bouncing off the ass of paper armour light tanks, and flying outside the reticle. I've never been so pissed at the game before. I know when it's me screwing up my shots or the game RNGing me to loss of % on my mark. Debating quitting the game altogether im sick of getting robbed almost every God Damned battle.

wot marks are bad, the marks don't fit with certain tanks, so I definitely wouldn't follow that site

I've never tried for marks but i have a few tanks with 1 or 2 marks of shame on them, even have a 3 marks on one, and this video sums up why i hate marks being in the game so here comes the rant. Tiitan, in your video about crew skills you say armour angling is a bad skill and not to use as it ruins other peoples games when they are trying to get damage. But then you do a video that says dump on your team to achieve your own selfish goals. So i guess your gonna understand where i'm coming from with this. Spamming prem to get marks can ruin the game for anyone in a tank that uses any kind of armour or speed to survive. How is that ok when a skill that reduces damage taken by 5% is bad? Marks should be achieved by basic good play, but anyone who plays there favourite tank consistintly well for thousands of games in a way that is about the team, the win, will never get 4 marks or maybe not even 2 or 3 as some people are upping the stats needed by maxing out the tank to a point it consistantly loses silver in order to get marks. This game is balanced by silver, by running at a loss for 100+ games your glitching the marks and i believe that makes them worthless, or as QB would say marks of shame. But really only the player knows how he got them and its a shame that people who got them playing a team game won't get the respect they deserve. Question. I have "show marks" turned off on PC. Is there a way to turn them off on XB? Thanks if anyone can help. This last bit is just a FYI for anyone with marks. If i see you on the red team i'm killing you first. Not only because i see you as a danger but also i find it fun... If i see you on my team i wont back you up and i won't give up a good spot for a "more deserving tank", i don't care if you have the better gun, i'll move for a team player, but not for you.
