hello owen, do you have the full version of this video... at times I have the impression of not understanding what you are doing. thank you very much for what you do.
this is so good i dont know why it has so few views..it deserves more!! 4 min in and there is so much information...although i have to admit that im manually "mirroring" the poses because i dont have animbot..does anyone know of any good alternatives?
could you please please please make a video showing how to incorperate a run cycle into an animation sequence. How do you do the blocking for an animation where you know a run will take place at some point? Do you do it over manually or can you use a pre-existing run cycle?
Thank you for the video! This is helpful to my workflow. I have encountered an issue though. When I close and reopen the file, the character's geometry is invisible (original and duplicates). The character is referenced in. Any of the character's geometry I did not duplicate (extra bits that are part of a different character using the same rig) are still visible.
@@owenferny I'm glad it saves the animation data. That's what matters most. So I was able to figure out what worked for me... the geo in my rig was in a group, if i selected the group for duplicate special instead of the actual geo-everything worked great!
For some reason when i do the trick with the master control in the anim layer to add the translate z to constant it doesn't make him walk forward he just keep lagging back to the original position. Do you know what could be causing this by any chance? Also when i do just the constant for post infinity nothing happens
