yeah, he's alright.. doesn't compare to the multifaceted and surprisingly deep 'fence' though.. when i tell my friends the latest shenanigans with him, its almost like i'm talking about a real person!
Bru he has the most op at first and the mpx fully decked out is so good level 16 and still the best gun I have used of course I use rip ammo but still it’s cheap and simple so good
Some of the best quality content I've seen in a long while dude. Crazy because I was just brushing up on your other dealer videos last night to try to fall asleep, bad choice lol, you make it too interesting. Wish you the best of luck growing your channel, you definitely deserve a huge audience brother
Having had interest in the RPG elements of Tarkov, I found some of Mechanic's monologues to be quite thought-provoking. If I remember correctly, there are times Mechanic asks you to question the point of all this conflict, and your role in it. One of his most intriguing monologues stipulates a question about the nature of man; is it in his nature to dominate his fellow man? Furthermore, he asks you through his intelligent rhetoric to consider whether or not that is a trait inherent of the human condition, regardless of the evolution of "civilized society". Are we still a barbaric species by nature, does civil society weed out/repress such behaviour such that we forget it is there, just under the surface of civility? Mechanic is quite the philosopher in his free time, I wouldn't mind having a sit down and having civil, academic discussion with the likes of him and Jaeger about some of the issues surrounding the Norvinsk region.
They’re already well aware how far gone the situation is. It’ll feed into Russia 2036 which is essentially WW3. Their monologues and philosophy will prepare us for the true horrors we’ll see soon and the affects tarkov has on this world. They’ve said their getting ready to really push the story forward with the next few updates. Excited to say the least
The short answer to mechanic's question is no, the long answer is yes if people in power are sufficiently separated from the conflict as to not have it directly effect them, and to have the control to get other people to do the dirty work for them.
this was next level brother.. you're a natural storyteller, with the technical chops to articulate the stories you want to tell.. i can tell that you edit on the page, like a visionary auteur does.. congratulations man, thanks for this thoughtful and deliberate 'movie' .. 😋👌
Finished an essay earlier this evening, was a treat to find one of the best videos you ever made in my subscription box! You really made my evening! Greetings and stay sharp. See you on factory!
When I first started tarkov I didn’t even really think of the story line I was more focused on learning maps, and getting good at combat but NOW boy oh boy.
This isn't just a wiki page reading like most lore pages tend to do. I didn't even know Tarkov went this deep until I bumped into your channel. Please keep up the great work dude, and I hope your channel grows from stuff like this!
Literally never heard the copper grease on new Glocks mentioned anywhere other than gun shops/ranges and online forums. That was a complete optional bit of info that gave this video even more realism
Mechanic isn't alone, there's someone named "Dima" (diminutive of Dimitri) with him, and he mentions him in a dialogue after the package of VGAs task. EDIT: It's in the dialogue at the beginning of Shooter Born In Heaven, the quest unlocked right after Farming - Part 3. "Dima and I want to see who you really are." is the whole sentence
This is amazing honestly, I really like the narrative storytelling you give and it certainly makes sense and honestly strikes me that mechanic would be some one I certainly would love to share a drink with.
Your storytelling skills are incredible! I really enjoyed the story and was really immersed. One day when the game finally comes out, I hope you can narrate some character in it. Continue with the good work!
These videos have such an insane amount of work behind them and it’s so impressive. Your lore series is my favorite Tarkov content, and one of my favorite things to see in my feed!
Oh my wow. This video is spectacular. Thank you for making this not only a lore video on mechanic, but also a whole story for some BEAR operative. Amazing stuff, keep up the good work! (And please make more like this)
A+ content, dude. Ive been paying attention to EFT for a while, but its always felt so flat, or hollow, and finally getting some real substance is a huge relief. Its life youre breathing life into the story when you tell it. Thank you! I look forward to digging through the rest of your work.
That was absolutely fantastic. Great work bringing this character to life. Until I watched this, I kinda just saw him as a bot, now he’s a character in a story that has some depth. Great work on these tarkov videos man, keep up the good work!
Your channel is so under rated the video quality is so good you can really tell how much time was put into them. The way you tell the story really gets you interested. I am a late to these videos but I was bored a few days ago and I saw one of your videos. The story adds a whole new layer to the game. I hope you keep posting videos like this.
If they ever give Mechanic a service, it should allow you to pay Mechanic to track a PMC. Specifically, the one that killed you last. Imagine, you get killed by a player SCAV, pay Mechanic 200k, and get to see where they are for a few days. Maybe even load into their raid with knowledge of their spawn
I love the sound of that, but that would sound like a Jaeger thing, I'd honestly say that mechanic wouldn't have any function other than unobtainable weapon parts?
This was an incredibly well made video. i loved the narration of this story like its one's own, and not just a list of known facts about mechanic. Which, granted, was what i was expecting so no offense to videos like that, but the specific way you did this was really unique and gave a new dimension to a game i didnt really know the lore of.
from now on thats my favorite dealer, this video is very well done and it explains his entire lore with passion. the way u made this story is different than the other dealers, thanks for these 35 mins of mystery and intense breath taking story explanation. keep up with lore videos
pls dont stop putting so much effort in, it really makes such a big difference subbed after the 2nd vid i just watched almost never did that big props!
Absolutely amazing video. Listened to this while working and it actually makes me want to read the quest dialog boxes and focus on the lore instead of just gameplay.
Lolololol. I was wondering today if there is any new video about tarkov lore on your channel and exactly when I've got time to watch it - there it is :D Cheers! Edit after watching Great work, I wait for more tarkov lore videos. Sometimes I also focus on dialogues and Mechanic is a bit weird but I like him xd
Wooow man! Damn...I found it sooo much enjoyable listen to. Thank U bro, much appreciate! Awsome job, better the few last audiobooks I had been listening
I actually listened to what's practically a show episode. Don't wanna sugarcoat it, so gonna say that your voice isn't the best. But definitely fits and feels like the best for this specific type of video. Godly video, had fun listening and paying attention. Made me interested in buying tarkov some time and definitely added an addition to how i may write future literature. In summary, astounding work and may your effort be rewarded with the recognition it deserves. Have a good day!
I've been playing tarkov from almost 3 years now... I know all the mechanic quests but this is outstanding! So immersive that I sat on the edge of my seat the entire 35 minutes of the video... and mechanic's story is alot more rich than I thought! Keep this content up bro! I Just found about the channel and i've been bench watching pretty much every video... you have something pretty unique here
