Honestly Robbie I feel so bad for till this day she vanished but easily could have stayed a float esp since what she did whether a lie or not wasnt that deep compared to things actual "cancel-worthy" people do tbh the fans who treated her like shit for it have real issues themselves I hope and pray shes doing better mentally now.

It’s worth considering as well though that if Robbie genuinely believed he’d been in a car crash, he wouldn’t necessarily feel the need to verify that it had really happened because it was so clear in his memory. That’s the scary thing about experiencing a psychotic break - that people are telling you something didn’t happen when you remember it happening. It was real to you.

ICU psychosis can happen when you wind up in the hospital without knowing how you got there. I woke up in the ICU and was convinced I had been attacked by vampires of all things lol. I can vividly recall the false memories/hallucinations, but still have no recollection of the events that transpired that led me to being hospitalized, even though I do know the real story of how I got there.

The way Derrick went from picked on to the villian. Basically everything with how Acid Betty was treated and portrayed. It's wild when you think about it.

While I agree that a lot of people use that as an exscuse to bully and just be mean spirited, saying ''If you say something mean and it doesn't have any information on how to better something, you are just being mean and rude'' is just wrong. Example : I have no knowledge on how to make music or produce a music video, but I can certainly say if it's bad or not. Rebecca Black's Friday is a prime example of this, I can objectively say that it's bad without having to say ''she should have done this or that to better it''. But as you pointed out a lot of people then use that opportunity to bully and put down the person and that's the part that is not okay. Just say it's bad or not good and then move on, it's not necessary to keep pushing or reminding the person that they made a mistake.

But that's the thing, I think he has some other type of disorder. He lies to cover up his lies. He even lies about the events after the event he initially lied about. Then when its disproven he changes the event again and everything that happen after the event is changed also. Like with the book situation. Even when Kim Chi said he lied about his birthday. What I'm trying to say is if you hallucinate an event you wouldn't change the details of the event when some disprove that event right? Because you honestly think the event in its entirety happen as you said. I think he was having some sort of episode and ii think at least at that time were constant episodes. I'm glad he took a step down from social media and is hopefully getting the psychological help he needed. Stress can do a lot to you mentally.

There aren't hallucinations in DID. It's not a symptom. And it's very different than manic episodes, since you mentioned it. She just sounds like a pathological liar. I don't think we have ANY evidence that this is DID and it's better not to armchair diagnose.

The thing is the uber was not the only suspicious story Robbie told. There was an infamous one where supposedly Robbie ran into a mother and child and the child did or said something inappropriate and Robbie supposedly schooled the kid. She shared the story on twitter and got a bunch of applause for it. There was just a lot of stories Robbie told that had “and the whole bus clapped” energy, including the uber and birthday story. My theory is that Robbie must have some sort of personality disorder or a lying compulsion. Idk but watching season 8 and her old interviews you get a sense there is something wrong going on just under the surface.

@@Guillhez yeah, i will say, she seems like maybe she suffered(s) with some sort of confidence issue and could very well be a compulsive liar- i hope shes doing better now and whatever the truth may be, i dont think shes an intentionally malicious person for what i know about her.

That's the scariest part. imagining Robbie being CONVINCED an accident happened and someone died and have nobody believe you must be so deteriorating for your mental health.

I was having cognitive symptoms from a ptsd episode that was blocking short term memory and I was simultaneously having those really realistic dreams that made me really confused about reality. I felt for Robbie during this. Idk if it's real, but I'm sure it's possible that she believes it

I think I remember reading an article a year or 2 back saying that Robbie doesn't even check social media anymore, but instead her mother does every now and then. Just emphasizing how much Robbie wants to be distanced away from the scene and public eye altogether. There's loads of comments about how welcome Robbie would be if she decided to come back but she won't see any of it firsthand. I feel bad for even talking about it, but damn it's such a head scratching situation.

It was impressive how fast they worked and got answers, but it was sad how they immediately didn't believe her and went out of their way to discredit her for a gotcha moment.

I’m an ex addict and can say this is a possible reason for her behavior. I was riding in an Uber during a bad psychosis one time and was convinced the Uber driver was talking to his friend in the passenger front seat about how he was planning to crash the car and murder me as an “accident.” I even went so far as to dial 911 in the backseat. Needless to say, there was absolutely no one in the passenger seat he was talking to and I was imagining the whole thing, regardless how real it felt.

@@CashelOConnolly bi-polar dishorder does not list halucinations as a symptom. Maybe a comorbity. It does seem more likely to be a delirium by How It Is being described. What makes me rule off bipolar disorder is that usually, to Get this consistenly delirious, might as well consider other situations that explains It better. A diagnosis is a good as It helps the treatment.

@@sanctun-3782 What are you talking about? Hallucinations are one of the major reasons for a bipolar diagnosis! Many people don't realize it's a problem until they have a manic hallucination and end up in the hospital.

@@CashelOConnolly bd is one thing. Bpd is another diferentt. Halucinations are sensory related acho may lead to delirium. Delirium is a loss of cause and Effect in judgment. This should clarify It. Simple BD is a mood problem which may not lead to delirium. Yall are welcome.

I have someone in my family who had a break and now is socially impared and unable to work at the same capacity as before. No need to get heated. I only posted my opinion because the video creator asked for people's theories. And I'm not denying that compulsive liars exist lol I'm only stating my opinion that there could have been a more face saving lie put out to save her ass. Especially when you consider that the mental break reason didn't work to lessen mistrust from the fandom, I think it's notable that she hasn't continued lying to this day. In fact she went completely silent after the mental break story where she describes having vivid dreams and experiencing an alternate reality, and feeling deep confusion and embarrassment. All very real psychosis symptoms. And an unflattering lie, if it is one. If she was a compulsive liar I would expect her to have kept going when the first reason hadn't worked. But again, silence. Personally, I believe her withdrawal from social and work life is more in line with someone living with mental illness, like psychosis and/or depression, etc etc. But again, that's just my personal opinion. Yeah, Robbie's Twitter and Insta were full of far fetched stories back then, and we just used to laugh about it on Reddit. Also, the red evening dress she had wasn't a designer dress or what she said as Bob was saying she lied about it a while back.
