All I can say my FREND is FANTASTIC A REAL R/C MODELER LIKE MY SELF AFTER 45 YEARS OF FLYING , BUILDING , AND DESIGNING, YOU ARE A REAL CREDIT TO OUR HOBBY. THIS IS WHAT MODELING AND ENGINEERING IS ALL ABOUT. NOT ALL THESE INTERNET NEXT DAY DELIVERYS. THANK YOU MY FREND WELL DONE .
Wow, that is a nice looking C-47. I have many hours in those old birds, the real thing. I have never flown one that looked that good, I guess being older than I am has a few reasons for that. The latest one I ever flew was a 1944 model. Anyway very good work and very neat model. Keep up the good work and enjoy that thing to its fullest.
With ALL that work and with that absolutely beautiful model of a gorgeous airplane, how did you have the courage to fly it. I would be too scared. And that landing was the best landing of an RC airplane that I have ever seen. Bravo.
Enthralling video-so much detail has been added - the undercarriage oleo struts are magnificent and the tyres look as though they are pneumatic rather than solid.
I don't know whats more impressive, the plane itself or that landing. Absolutely gorgeous plane, those landing gear are works of art in and of themselves. Very impressive!
FANTASTIC, best build I have ever seen. I fly the DC-3 for a living, soon to retire so decided to build the Ziroli DC-3, your info helped a lot........
That is one beautiful scale flyer. You should be very proud of her and yourself. Very outstanding detailed work. And you fly her like she was meant to fly. A credit to the hobby.
Thank you! I live under the flightpath of Long Beach, CA airport where Catalina Flying Boats operated 2 C47s and a Beech 18 & loved the sight & sound of the round loud ones overhead. Our house was built in 1939 & I liked to think those Douglases could have been built around the same time at the factory right here at LGB. Sadly, the Beech is gone & the C47s were sold to, I think, to a Zaire operator a couple of summers ago.
Great scale model of a great aircraft. You displayed great craftsmanship (and flying ability) with your video. Many great years of enjoyable flying. Congratulations!
That is a very good tribute to the aeroplane that changed aviation. It is perfect! Thanks for not making it electric. Please make a Lockheed Electra 10E.
Nice job man. Really nice piece of craftmanship. Only annoying thing is the sound. It's like grinding your beard with granpas old Phillips chinmower. Little bigger version with a couple of Moki radials, you're rite at the mounayey.
Stórglæsilegt líkan af þessari frábæru flugvél og einstök vinnubrögð við samsetninguna. Ég vona að þú fljúgir henni ekki lengur og setjir hana frekar á safn. Vel af sér vikið!
