Love the stainless steel pots Nilusha was using. I guess Nilusha could be the only person using non stick spoons for non stick pans. Another awesome episode.

Ashan, I have only tasted one genuinely authentic lumpraise, which is made my mother. My mom's lumprise is even unbeatable to the lumpraise made at the Dutch Burgher union. However, this concoction looks pretty authentic and amazing on its own. Frikadales and the prawn blachang is a must have for Lumpraise. How I miss the delicacies of Sri Lanka 😢❤. You and Mr.Wolfram are two lucky dudes, hands down.
