Maybe for balancing purpose, if aim mode is allowed and lets higher skill players do 50%-100% more damage then you end up with a character that's either too weak at low skill or too strong at high skill, and lord knows we can't have that in Genshin.

As a mobile player I don't really know why they decided that as well, I play Yoi sometimes and don't get the issue of accidentally aiming while tapping NAs.

Problem with EMC, is he provides energy, but he also needs a f ton of energy himself. He can't even battery his own ult.

I mean, yes EMC damage is low. But so is Bennett's damage when not on field. The point is that it enables the character's full kit. - Go Emblem. Full ER. Fav/Sapwood + Sands already get you over 200%. Sac sword lets you get over 40 by eating one round of amulets. Sapwood buffs Sethos. Then you can go EM Goblet instead of DMG%. So your Aggravates deal some damage. - At 300% ER, Amulets Give 50% ER to Sethos. EMC gives double the flat energy (almost 50 total) if the character is below 35% Energy. Pick one Amulet shooting each Charged Attack but before casting E. They last 15 seconds anyway. I mean, you may find it clunky and cringe. But so is double VV swirling with Kazoo and NA cancels and I never heard anyone complain about that.

With fav and about 285% ER he's fine.

Might try it just because I always liked EMC the most (along with GMC maybe) in terms of aesthetics, but never got a reason to use it, and I already benched DMC a long time ago even tho he was fun enough xd This also reminded me that the Electro MC is another character that I can use in the theater lol Thanks

yeah I feel like heizou was testing the waters for both wanderer and wriothesley. maybe heizou briefly going midair for his burst was testing for wanderer to fly during his skill. and heizou being a melee catalyst was testing for wrio. but I'm glad that heizou can be both an anemo dps (high investment) or a swirl support too

The worst part is that 200 wishes doesn’t even guarantee a c6 4 star. I still have c5 gorou even after the free one they gave us

or you can get c6 in 50 wishes. Or c0 in 300. 4 stars are so random its not even funny

@@hakugei-_-5800 even long term veterans struggle to get c6's because they won't pull very hard on every banner that has every 4* they want unless they're whales. a lot of us still have no chevreuse because she's only been on one banner that many of us skipped because we already have raiden and etc

eh skill issue. I am not the luckiest but I have c6 dori, candace, faruzan, freminet, and almost lynnette too. Just pull better and on better banners, not shitty banners. Hell the actual characters I have problem with c6ing are the ones that never get reran, like kaveh, sara, mika.

@@rsfakqj10rsf-33 Try it yourself. Sethos can defeat Triple Kenki under a minute with only level 1 charge shots with Beidou, Nahida and EMC supporting him unless under a minute is too slow for you.

I think just adding more complexity to the abilities and game systems overall, with a combat focus. Like how Chev and Xianyun brought more attention to old mechanics. I feel like we'll have more unique playstyles of character expression, like Nilou's sword dance options.

@@amandaslough125/videos nah man i can say cope on my own comment but all of that is just taking the next level copium if they give an old character a new kit that can instead be put on another new character raking more money then they would do the latter no questions asked the life cycle of a gacha game is just like that, they have endless amount of characters and if they run out NPCs can be playable instead at no point they would stop

how could you make better electro charged units than xingqiu, fischl beidou and sucrose. like.....genuinely, not possible.

@lostblueboy you could make a character that buffs the reaction itself like chevreuse or nilou. Also it would be nice if the character reduces the amount of stagger that enemies take so it will be easier to perform beidou's perfect counters, as xingqui's, beidou's and sucroses's skills all break the poise of the characters, which can be pretty annoying. Hopefully this would also buff the team somehow, as it is technically a detriment to the team (like poise damage is converted into a debuff or both sides can't get interrupted)

It would also be nice if it were a fischl side grade since she's needed in so many good teams

You can, but Raiden is doing nothing to the team. Fischil is the GOAT for aggravate because her high raw damage and mainly because of her A4 that procs an coordenated atack when some electro-related reaction occours and has no ICD so always proc aggravate. So high application matters because Aggravate wants that but with Fischil you're almost doubling you aggravate procs. So Fischil in any aggravate team is always half or more of the team total damage being a second DPS herself. Aggravate teams tipically are composed to drive Fischil A4 similar how almost every Xiangling team exists to drive pyronado. Raiden on the other hand don't benefit much from aggravate as she has high multipliers (so the aditive damage don't make much difference in the final damage) and slower application than Yae or Keqing. Still her aggravate teams are pretty good as she has high numbers to compensate that. This is her as damage dealer, if you take her to substitute Fischil, you're only depending of her E, and her E do almost nothing of damage even with C2. Her energy generation does nothing for the team to, as normally aggravate teams generate a lot of particles and most of the characters doesn't have trouble to get the bursts back or even use the bursts (like Clorinde until C4). The worst part is that you lose the Fischil A4 for something that isn't even doing damage.

It's just that it's worse than Slingshot, but if someone already has it leveled up it probably works

​@@malkavian4120 atk scaling is so low compared to EM scaling that it really doesnt matter. That's like saying wolf's gravestone is okay for noelle because noelle also benefits from atk. Yeah, she does, but you also have a f2p weapon that is leagues better, so why wouldn't you use that instead?

Might not be too bad. Start with a buff, swap to Tighnari, swap to Sethos, swap back to buff, swap to Tighnari, rinse repeat.

For how long each of their shotgun buffs last, I think that’s what you need to focus on. In Zyox’s Tighnari video way back when, rather than doing each of their charge shots instantly after triggering their buffs, you can freely hold on to them while setting up your support skills before unleashing any attacks.

Cause Slingshot exists and it has Crit stats and dmg bonus.

....bow gives less stats than slingshot. simple.

Damage bonus is a more valuble stats then EM on a base line but Slingshot even give you an obscene amount of it as well. + A lot of crit. Quicken really like EM but damage bonus and crit just too good.

@@Ire_Narutighnari doesnt need a lot of field time because after hes bursted and used his 3 charged attacks he doesnt really have anything else to do, i have no idea about sethos field time needs thougj

You need ER anyway and his burst is better. If you don't have enough ER then he doesn't do any damage as his charge shot use it as well and thet point better useing his burst. Technicly you can play something like: Sethos/Nahida/Chiori or ALbedo/Zhongli if you want, it will be pretty bad though. Most of Sethos' and in general aggravate's damage came from Fischl so you can't really not run her.

I feel like Sethos and Dori might work with double geo, so Dori can help with his ER issues.

he just said it. no other weapon provided as much stats as slingshot does. all 5 star weapon have high base attack, but that matters shit for em scaling and gives sme small dmg percent. When slingshot gives so much crit, and so much damage. Like aqua...gives 88 crit value and just 20 dmg bonus and some irrelevant hp. Compared to slingshot and its almost identical crit value, and 60 dmg bonus. Thundering fury gives worse stats, so does polar star, so does harp, sigewinnes bow is non existent, lyneys bow gives less stats than aqua and so less than slingshot. And almost all 4 star bows, are not applicable because there are few em bows, and almost all of them have useless passives. And the ones that dont, still give less stats than slingshot. Hunters path being the only other weapon that gives more relevant stats than slingshot, and even then barely.

That's what I intend to do regardless. He does 15 sec rotations. That's perfect for Tighnari and Yae. I just need to figure out what support character to add for survivability. We don't have anemo shielder unfortunately, Baizhu/Kirara/yaoyao, maybe Sayu etc.

Yes, but you'd have 3 electro because "Fischl is a must" such only leaves one slot for dendro and you won't have a vv anemo unit.

@@amandaslough125 You literally don't need Fishcl for Sethos. You can go triple electro with Beidou as your shielder and EMC as the 3rd Electro. Ideally the Dendro is Nahida because she's too good but any Dendro character with good Dendro application will be fine. The reason EMC is needed is because Sethos can abuse his level 1 charge shots much better since they don't have ICD so you can proc Aggravate with each shot. As for why EMC, EMC's amulets from their skill and burst give Sethos enough energy to fire an extra level 1 charge shot per amulet.

.............so......a set that takes energy away from the characters whose optimal combos include bursting, is good synergy? also even with the CA playstyle, there are better options because other sets dont cost 15 energy. the 20 more dmg percent aint worth the energy.

@@lostblueboy The 15 energy is refunded instantly from casting his skill and there’s never any energy problems on the next rotation because his ideal teammate is fischl anyway. It’s literally just free damage.

I think we need to test it, but with constellations I think you will have more then enough ER for it. I think jstern mentioned it as well at least for C6.

We have the new gamemode though that wants multiple characters. So they're helping to supply us for said mode.

not really, he scales off EM > than ATK so WT basically works right off the bat there's the argument for sucrose giving him more EM but missing 80 out of ~500(?) EM is still a pretty bigger deal than 15% out of ~100% dmg
