Can you imagine working at a job that's your passion and have your employers people you have ultimate respect for? I can picture it, just haven't experienced it

Agreed! Love those wheels! The old BFG's not so much! Had a pretty significant accident when one of those failed at freeway speed. (F-250 ford) I also had a sidewall split open for no apparent reason on a newer set of BFG All Terrains on my 2018 Tacoma work truck. The tires had less than 10K miles...buyer beware! I'm a Yokahama guy now...
Wow, what an amazing sleeper Taco & it's four wheel drive! There are so many cool ideas on Mike's truck that I will be using on my overland/daily driver full size camping rig (I might even use some of his ideas on my 48 Ford F1). I also like Mike's thinking outside of the box & thank you for sharing a really innovative truck.
This guy can come and set my garage up any day 😅 very nice to see a well though out practical truck and in general everything he did was functional not over kill just tastefull🤙🧠
Favorite truck so far. Million dollar pre runners and trophy trucks are awesome but somthing about a blue collar average joe truck that is dialed and tough as nails just hits the spot. What a great truck
That was cool, some great ideas, super talented guy. Got some cool ideas from it for my truck old 2001 Ford ranger (live in the UK 🇬🇧) don’t see many builds like that. Not really a area for that type of thing, but get excellent ideas and really like looking at the styling. Thanks Sam
Dude I love everything about this truck! I just picked up a stock 03 Tacoma as a daily, this episode has me so pumped about it now! Will definitely be borrowing a lot of Mike's ideas for mine. Keep up the great work Terra Crew! 🤘
Definitely one of my favorite videos such great people and haveing a great time also just found out lower ball joint uniball conversion because of this video just ripped my wheel off not to long ago on mine because of that ordering those soon amazing video 🤟
I’m a Toys R Us kid but our toys get bigger and more powerful. I’ve been looking at Toyotas and even 1985 4x4 90k miles was $45k. So crazy the value. Thanks
Glad you guys are doing another speed metal currently tryna build a tundra and my buddy went to drift, was a super fun event!! Need one every year or few months hahaha
You know this guy’s been waiting to be asked about his truck. Love it tho, I gotta 98 prerunner. Nice to see them getting appreciate for the legends they are.
Love the sleepers. Want to build my t100 into the ultimate sleeper. The build has begun. Well the second because a kid pulled out in front of me after finishing the first one and totaled it. Bent frame bad and destroyed cab and front end. Build two starts lol. I call her T2.
I don’t know if anyone else caught it but the funniest damn thing in this video is at 34 minutes and 40 seconds and that is making it yourself proof. 😂😂😂😂😂 literally all my projects require this.
Coming from a tow truck driver, Lower ball joint failure is so common with these. It’s probably the only main reasons why I have to tow them. It’s usually low speed in parking lots too.
i really want to do this to my 1995 tacoma. LOL i need more money... be one hell of a redemption story from being totaled at 482k miles to a race truck lol
Are those LCA's in production? I can only see stock length and 3.5" on the TC website. Would love to buy a set of the 1" extended lenth LCA's if they are still made.
@@michaelallen5595 I've broken on 265/70-17 always 3rd gear that breaks. Middle of the stack just cant handle the loading. Unfortunately I haven't had much luck getting manuals to survive.
@@michaelallen5595random question. I just picked up a 95 4wd Tacoma. do you think 33x10.5x15 is over kill for a stock suspension and will I rub on the UCA ? Currently has 255/70R/16.
So 1” wider front arms? Did the front cv axles get re worked? That sounds so ideal for me with my 1st gen and the tight trails I wheel in British Columbia. But I run oversized tires and might break CVs so custom ones aren’t the best idea.
@@michaelallen5595 I thought so! Awesome way to get some compact packaging. I know you mentioned tuning was a pain but would you recommend that setup? Sounds like a rad way to set up the rear on something that is driven a lot (less maintenance, no clicking you you mentioned).
My only problem with the uniball lower ball joint is that it still does not account for the 4 bolts that constantly shear or back out. Someone needs to come up with a solution to those 4 bolts and the 1st gen Tacoma and 3rd gen 4Runner would be unstoppable.
The only time there is a problem with the 4 bolts is if you let them come loose. Once they come loose they pop off the heads or shear because they aren't registered in the dowels. Drill the bolt heads and safety wire them and they will no longer come loose.
I’ve had total chaos on my 06 tundra since I built it up new in 2006 n I’ve had no problems with any of it since it was built in 06 now it’s 2024 like damn you guys know how to build, it was funny people were always saying total chaos is so generic when I bought it and now look it’s still bangin it out still lol n I hv 316,000k miles on it
Damn! Where’d he get the bfg all terrain ko originals at!? The new ko 2’s are trash in my opinion. Loved the originals. Unfortunately bfg went woke so Goodyear here I come 🇺🇸💪👍
Nice truck.. but Solo Motorsports definitely has total chaos beat.. and has completely uniball lowers and uppers,, fabricated spindles..box lowers and box uppers.. sheer kits etc.. even all this in a stock configuration.. or big travel. I've been sold on solo on my Toyotas for many years.
