Toxo-Viper? *Puts on helmet* PERRY THE TOXO-VIPER?

A trio of this style of GI JOE c-listers were my undisputed favorites as a kid. Tunnel Rat, Countdown, and a Cobra... something, big backpack with 2 turrets on it. I'd put em in the GoBots power armor suits!

That face is giving me old school ghostbuster, Ray its giving me Ray.

I bought a squad of three for my vintage collection. I always liked Toxo-Viper. Not sure why. A lot of Joe snobs hate the colourful characters, but some of my favourites are insanely hued, like Annihilator or H.E.A.T Viper. I see your Toxo-Viper has the paint rub on his nose just like my childhood figure did! 😁

At first I thought it was the Ecco-Warriors version of Toxo-Viper. I had all of that GI.-Joe sub line. I used to save up my lunch money that I was given for school , so I could grab an extra one or two when we went shopping on Saturdays.

See when I interrogated why I like stuff like that, I figured out I was trans so idk it’s probably nothing to worry about

1988 had a theme for the Cobra vipers. Big ugly helmets. Most if not all of the premium GI Joe releases had removable helmets that year. Personally 89 was one of the best years especially for the Cobra figures
