Dedicated to Richard (Dick) Regan (Julie's father), who passed away last fall (September 24th, 2019), this performance is of a beloved Irish Folk song called The Coolin, which translates to "The Fair Lady". Dick was the son of Irish immigrants and cherished his Irish heritage, including its music. The Coolin is considered one of the most lovely traditional Irish airs, and likely dates from the 1600s.
