Whenever I wiggle the brush it just clumps! And my lashes end up sticking together.

May I recommend using a tissue to rub off excess mascara from the wand. If you put it back in the tube, it tends to dry out by the opening and may cause clumbs.

That really sucks because there’s a ton that I have to scrape off onto the top of the tube. And then after that I go even farther and use a napkin and twist my brush into it to get even more off. The one I currently have has a large, fat brush so you can imagine how much it holds. It actually does make your lashes look voluminous though! I think I’m gonna get a new one. I don’t like feeling like I’m wasting all that mascara on the napkin.

So much help! Thank you! This is exactly the video I was looking for. Because I needed to know if I was supposed to be wiping off that extra mascara that was on the brush. It just didn’t feel right putting all that on my lashes. I could never bring myself to do that!!! Thanks!

a really good mascara is the theyre real by benefit. i know they have it at ulta and sephora and it isnt that pricy. at certain places its cheaper that the worser mascara out there if that mkaes sense.

I have long lashes so have to do lower lashes first to prevent upper lashes from leaving marks while doing lower ones.

The mascara I used is Guerlain's 'Cils d'Enfer' Maxi Lash Mascara! It's my favorite.

One tip: Use hair dryer to heat up the curler, let it cool for a bit, and when it's warm enough, curl your lashes. It will hold up the curls much much better! Just like how we use hair straightener (and heat) to straighten/curl our hair

I use a curler I got at a beauty supply store! It's Japanese and it's by Seki Edge. Costs $11. I do find that Japanese products hold up better in the long run, but half the time I purchase inexpensive curlers from the drugstore, like Revlon. But Ido like Seki because it's held up a long time for me!

Hey, my eyes are quite similar to yours. I have too much fat on my eyelids which makes it impossible to apply eyeliner as it doesn't visible when I open my eyelids..I really want to use eyeliner. Please suggest me something so that my eyeliner would be visible when my eyes will be wide open... surgery or eyelid glue or eyelid tape? Which one will be suitable for my eyes? ( generally I don't wear make up, so please guide me according to it)

Curling always spiols my eyeliner. I've tried letting ample amount of time between the two procedures, doesn't work. I've tried protectors, don't help at all. Either I have the most peculiar eyes or curling does tend to spoil eyeliner and one just has to learn to work around it.

Maybe try one of the new heated curlers that looks like a giant mascara. there should be no reason that kind would even touch your liner.

My eyelashes are straight / have no curl to them.. So I apply mascara first.. wait about 10 minutes for them to dry.. and then heat my eyelash curler with hair dryer and then curl my eyelashes.

i cringed so bad when she smeared the brush on the rim of the ~bottle~ thingy. also i wouldnt ever place my finger on my lash. that just adds more fat to my lash and smeares the eyeshadow and it does that pretty well by itself, it doest need my fingerfat too....

Guerlain Maxi Lash. All YSL mascaras have circular tubes, not rectangular like the Guerlain one.

Everytime I try and apply mascara I either get nervous having something so close to my eyes or maybe I don't have steady hands but I always poke my eye and I'm scared I'm poisoning myself by getting mascara in my eye…😂😓
