This is good news. Corsair has always been one of my favorite hardware manufacturer, and their software and services have always been top notch.

I have never had any issues with Corsair and have only had a positive experience personally. I agree with you, I feel this is good news and hopefully puts Fanatec in a positive trajectory.

I don’t care about the shareholders at all. Investment requires risk. They should’ve been aware of any/all pertinent laws before investing. If Fanatec had gone to the moon investors would’ve wanted all their money. But it didn’t, yet they still want the money

Regardless of your position on how you feel about those that invested in the company, the leadership at Fanatec pushed through a deal that screwed over all those that had invested in the company. Just because something is made legal does not necessarily equate to being morally correct. Fanatec users have also arguably invested in the ecosystem. It is not a good look for a company trying to build trust with its consumers, regardless of the new ownership.

You are very welcome mate! Personally, I would think it is a pretty safe bet at this point with only a small amount of risk. However, only purchase when you yourself are comfortable with that level of risk.

Neither did I. Maybe it is because I filed a complaint against Fanatec with the Better Business Bureau and was went through receiving no less than 5 products that were DOA and then were not "allowed" to be returned for 2 months - thousands of dollars. BUT I have a LOT of Corasair PC equipment and their customer service is AMAZING. Seriously some of the best I have ever had.
