I just got a r12 and crp pedals with a wheel stand... Now I've opened up the gates to go full rig and 3 monitors, this was super helpful. Quick question - are you using 3 dp/HDMI cables connected to your GPU or is there a hub that makes it 3 into 1?
Congratulations on your new obsession, I am glad I could be a part in enabling you 😂💪🏻 Good question. You need a GPU that has 3 separate inputs. You cannot combine them in a splitter as they need to send 3 separate signals. Hope this helps and good luck soldier 🫡
You wouldn't be able to correct for the angles but you could just run it as an ultra wide display of sorts. Just follow the instructions for setting up with NIVIDIA and then that should sort you out 👍🏻
I used to play Automobilista 3 or 4 years ago on Vr and that looked way better than this. EA need to get their sh** together and do a reasonable job at least. Hope there isn't a monopoly for F1 official game.
AMS2 is outstanding in VR. I would definitely recommend a revisit. EA have not made any significant advancements here in years. The lack of triple support is embarrassing. I hope the F1 license goes to someone else so they can do it justice. Although I fear EA have very deep pockets.

Hairloss sucks. Lost most of my hair after a very traumatic time in my late 20s. There is another alternative you happened to almost have missed, option #4. Provided that the shape of your head does not resemble Shrek's boulder, you can shave your head and grow a goatie. Worked out very well for me and looks quite bad ass (or so I've been told 😬). Regardless of being exactly realistic. What can I change in the calculation to give a higher fov. I’ve changed size of screen and distance and it doesn’t change much. Pls help I’ve just tried distance on its own. Whatever figures I put in calculation, it comes out exactly the same. Is there a step missing I’m not thinking of? Do I need to change the configuration bit to 4 again to make amendments or can I just go straight into the multi mon file and then click save?

Can’t wait to see the video on the surgery. I shave my head every few days because I have bald patches and my hair line decided to recede on one side and not the other. Transplant isn’t for me since I’m old, married and can’t afford one anyways.

Hi TTR, I tried that tutorial but for me the righrt Monitor looks a lil bit misaligned, I think I have to change the angle a lil bit but cant find any way to change the angle via config or multimon config.
I am afraid if the angles are not correct or it looks misaligned you have made a mistake either measuring your monitors or with the calculation itself. I would advise running everything again, making sure to follow the video in its entirety.
This update for the update is now 2 weeks ago and you yourself said it's only weeks away. Multiple ways to skin a cat and ultimately some pedal set ups don't allow what you have described. There is limited adjustability with the V3 inverted and I found it not possible to do what you describe with this set, hence what was shown. Hey, geniuine question. I have one 31" monitor in the middle, and 2 x 23" on vertical on each side. When I try to do as you did, the vertical screen are hardset on horizontal and I cant change that. Is it possible to achieve this somehow?
There is a way to do this although personally I would opt for either buying a third 23" or 2 more 31" screens. You will get a much better result. However, I do believe someone in this comments section has posted the solution to your problem.
Nvidia Surround only supports 60hz with triple 4k and doesn't support HDR sadly. It looks like the feature has been pretty much abandoned. I don't get why Forza Motorsport can't have the same multi-display functionality that MS flight Sim 2020 has that works so well.
Already bought 2 of the shifters. Excited for them to arrive. Logitechs Customer Service is top notch as well....had a G923 stop working on me and all i had to do was call up tech support and they had me send it back and they replaced it no questions asked

I have never had any issues with Corsair and have only had a positive experience personally. I agree with you, I feel this is good news and hopefully puts Fanatec in a positive trajectory.
Every company that Corsair took over had worse products and customer service then before, it's easy to acknowledge what is obviously wrong with Fanatec and say that they are going to solve those issues, but they probably wont. They also blatently stole the patents from Fanatec prior to stealing the whole company from its owner and shareholders... If you think this is great news, I think you are wrong!
I thought they did okay with Elgato and that product line appears to be flourishing? Which product lines are you referring to? I agree with you that the way the company was acquired was not the best way to do it and most certainly does not inspire confidence moving forward. I really hope they prove us wrong but at present they are saying all the right things.
@@TraumaTeamRacing I don't really have any hands-on experience with Elgato or Scuf, the only thing I can say about it is that there does not seem to be any further development in their products, plus that they and Corsair have a horrible warranty reputation according to what you see on the internet and RU-vid. It seems to me that Corsair milks the products from the companies they acquire and lowers their quality without any further innovations for maximum profit. I fail to see how Corsair would be better at solving the issues that plague the Fanatec steering wheels with disconnecting and such than a company that has about 30 years of experience. It's as you say that it's on them to prove themselves, but looking at their track record and the way they 'stole' the company, I don't have a good feeling about it. If they steal at such a high level, what's holding them from 'stealing' from us, the customers? Fanatec was pretty chill with their RMA's, but I suspect it won't be for long anymore... That the distribution problems would be solved, I do believe.
I am pretty sure Elgato have been releasing stuff pretty steadily? The Stream Deck Studio for one. There is a guy in this comments that reported a pretty good customer experience? Sometimes the internet can be a negativity echo chamber. I think it is important to note that Fanatec are still being run by mostly the same staff. Whether Corsair has any direct innovation will have to be seen. I don't think the issue is Corsair with regards the 'stealing' comment. The issue would be more with those in senior positions at Fanatec that were responsible for instigating it.
Hey there, creator of the ATS/ETS2 FOV calculator here. As some other commenters have pointed out, the multimon mode setting is very important. Setting it to 4 will use the multimon_config.sii file, while setting it to 2 will use the multimon options within the config.cfg file. So if set to 2, you're using a default triple monitor preset. If set to 4, you're using what you calculated from my calculator. The default preset is fine if you don't need an accurate FOV, but you need the calculated values for a mathematically correct view. Also, there should be no need for that other FOV calculator, all the inputs in my calculator are just measurements. Perhaps it could be helpful if you have a desired FOV, but otherwise it just overcomplicates things. However, I have a newer version of the calculator with many more features, including setting a desired FOV. I recommend linking to that one instead, and having a read through my written guides on the roextended forum. If you'd like to make a corrected video, I'd be happy to work with you, just let me know.
