That's the normal price, for a barrel for years the shipping from the UK has nothing to do with the clearing and Jamaica customs cost which was $12000 JMD, the extra is storage cost and the shippers cost.
As you stated,, that's your experience but its important to state if the barrel accompany you or it was sent to you, that will be a factor also two or three barrel doesn't automatically double or triple the price it all depends on what's in the barrel.. peace.
Young lady did state that she went to the wharf to collect her barrel so it was not sent to her she picked up barrel yes price can be cheaper when there is more than one barrel
