The house is beautiful. The stairs is a plus, but it's also wasted space under them. There should be some storage space made into the stairs.

for a 390 sq. foot + loft tiny house, this seems really spacious. Great use of space to make it feel like a home!

This home has a lot to like. My few suggestions: the stove needs a good exhaust system; sliding doors would be better than swinging doors; add a handrail for the stairs; and if the stairs are as slippery as they look, add some sort of tread or non-slip coating or covering. Might be nice to show a drop-leaf table which can accommodate more people, and have chairs on rollers which can be used at the computer table or dining table or in the living room...more versatile than the teensy bistro set. Are the "closets" in the bedroom Ikea units? How about using the stairs as storage, either with treads that are the lids of boxes or with "risers" that are the front of slide-out bins? Any thought to using SIPs and recycled insulation and solar?

I've have seen many tiny houses but this one has one of THE BEST layout so far! Love the room in the back and the stairs! You could make more storage in the stairs for example, and a bigger table (or a table that can bend, this way you don't loose to much space.) What about the porch, can you "bend/fold" (sorry, don't know the word to use here) so you can take with you in case you move the house somewhere? And the colours, can you change, making it more modern/ industrial style? Again, great house! I could see myself living here.

I like the layout of this one. It felt like a normal sized home. Not having it on wheels definitely allows for more space.

Nice!! I really like the option of sleeping downstairs with a queen-size bed below! I'm NOT a fan of lofts and would probably use one of them for storing a few items not needed all the time. I like cooking with gas, so hopefully you have an optional propane gas range and gas setup for heating. Optional a/c would be a "plus", also. I like this model and hopefully I'll be able to be your future customer in a year or two!

This is the most livable and beautiful tiny home I've ever seen. And trust me I've watched a lot of videos of tiny homes (even during flights, I save videos of them offline just so I could watch) Great job!!!

Imagine if there were communities of tiny houses like these on tiny plots of land, like little subdivisions. Instead of having to put them on wheels or in someone's backyard. Then more people might actually be able to afford to own their own home.

It's one of my favorite tiny houses. I would change a few things. Maybe you could make the island a little bigger and it could double as a table. The closet in the bathroom could easily be a pull out so owners can reach things in the back without getting frustrated. You could also change the doors inside to sliding glass doors so that it takes up less space . And I would put crown molding instead of the lines on the roof. Well that's all my opinions but it was great :)

I really like this size. It's about what I'd need to be comfortable. I don't think I could do 100 sf or some of the "extreme" tiny homes. But I would definitely change the ceiling material. Looks too much like a trailer.

Great home, but that camera was moving around too much and thus some areas were hard to see. Loved that this is a family sized tiny home. What powers it? Solar?

Oh and add a long narrow window in the open front loft!

I very much like this tiny home, in fact, it is impressive, one of the very best - but with a couple of caveats -- 1) the butcher block 'island' is great but it needs to be a few inches bigger; 2) the 'dining table' likewise needs to be bigger if you want to accommodate a salt and pepper shaker on the table top. Thanks - I'm an old fart, but I could see myself living here.

Would have the stairs with built-in storage, love the full tub, add split central a/c, and a dishwasher. I intensely dislike hardwood floors, extremely dangerous, would have the entire space carpeted, less likely to slip and fall. And the outside door, would love to have built-in venetian blinds, for security, but also additional light. Otherwise, I really like!

I really enjoyed the video. I would love a tiny home to put on some property we have in the Country. This home is perfect for me in every way. It has lots of windows, open, and has a porch. I'd put a sectional in the livingroom. get rid of the desk, the table and chair, and butcher block. If wanted, a tv stand where desk is could work. The bedroom I'd have a recliner and a TV in there, That is where I'd use my computer and watch TV if wanted. I don't watch very much TV so not a priority. I'd sleep in the upper loft with full bed that is open to livingroom, and I'd use the adjacent area for my dressers. Do you think I gave this much thought while watching the video. : )~

Nice layout. I like the bed downstairs and the fact that you can walk around the bed.

I like the general layout of this, but I would need a downstairs bed. It's just me and I use a CA twin adjustable bed (by remote), and I do like to get all around it. Some shelves or dresser would be nice next to the closet! And then I would probably just use one loft with stairs for when grandkids visit or for storage. there would have to be a rail on the outside, even if it were made of pipe. Wrought iron would be prettier. Some stairs have shelves built right into the fronts of the stairs. iI think I wouldn't use the butcher block, but instead would want a 4 person table with one end folding down and have a bench that rolls under it for storage and the two chairs. Also I would want about a 3/4" shower with a seat in it, no tub. And the loft could go above my bedroom. I like the full sized fridge, would like an oven, a 1/2 size or drawer dishwasher, and I could plug in two of those induction burners to cook on and either a stackable washer and dryer or a washer dryer combo. I want a Microwave so could just use one with a convection oven and wouldn't necessarily need a real oven. Just dreaming for now. And all windows would need screens. it would be nice to have a screen door. I hate bugs in the house. One group had under floor storage. but it would need a snug plastic liner, as in one of the floor ones a mouse had been shredding something. I'm a crocheted and always have yarn! I would want a tall bookshelf in the living room right at the end of the fridge! And I've always wanted bead board on the walls! With white end tables...kind of like a beachy theme. There was one tiny or small home that had a beautiful satin very pale aqua color in the bedroom, which I really loved! I like the fold down couch for visitors.

This is specious enough for a famaly to fit in. I think this is a very good size for vacation house in the woods or on the sieside. You have doen a very good job!

I've seen many many tiny houses and this model is among the top three in my book. The only thing is that materials look a bit cheap. I would keep the layout as it is but upgrade significantly on the fixtures, finishings, etc.

Finally one MY style.. lol. One I might could actually live in (we're I not disabled). Love the beadboard..... And the color! Love that it actually has a DECENT closet.. IN the bedroom.. not in the kitchen(lol) ...add a bed -stand w/drawers under it on both sides. No ladder going up over your food prep area! No narrow flimsy looking stairs with no railing. A proper kitchen... a. living room that would hold a proper couch AND recliner! Move the water heater indoors.. & find a place for w/d. Well thought out.. well planned. 2thumbs up!
