This is a very sweet and romantic scene overall, but the way Armand said “don’t” and talked about the coven is pretty menacing, can’t wait to see the story unfold

The ending scene with Louis close-up and the fire has to be a foreshadowing

There's a lot going on in this scene. For one, ALL the foreshadowing. The guy's head, another person being obliterated in the window, Armand warning about the angry theatre company. The home set ablaze. But asides, Assad is bringing out Armand so well: In particular the soft but resonant speech pattern with the seductively endearing/adorable cadence. Everything he says sounds a little adorable and sweet even when he spills poison. Armand speaks elegantly diminutive. It's fascinating to hear the difference between how Assad speaks in real life and his voice as Armand, He nailed Armand's way of speaking in the books, as if he were a snake charmer.

To think that people used to mock Ricean vampires when Twilight came out thinking they were just gay vampires, in reality they are some of the most evil and despicable monsters ever put on paper while still remaining incredibly fascinating, people should open books more often.

Interesting choice to add such dark comedy to the show.

Louis seems to be surrounded by monsters. is he the only vampire that chooses to be mostly good? lol.
