Hi Thomas. I’ve only just discovered your sleep stories. After a brain injury, it’s important to switch off mentally and your stories are an ideal way of doing that. I’ve also begun listening to them whilst I try to wind down at night. So effective. Thanks so much. Eileen 🛌💤😋
❤ Going to bed used to make me so anxious, I am a little still guess but once I snuggle down with these stories and just focus on the word’s and music, I start feeling much better, by the time the second story comes on I’m usually drifting off then.
