My daughter had me watch that last animated TMNT movie and it was Black AF! Ice Cube was the villain. April was Black. The sound track was New York hip hop. As a life long fan, I thoroughly enjoyed that remake. Oh, that game is fire, too!
Ive watched so much scooby doo that I’m thinking it was some projectors attached to the police cars or some and they had something on the ground to correctly park the cars for it to work any maybe they were off a little and that’s why the tall creatures were glitchy
So I'll throw this out there. Even today there are still tribes that have been uncontacted by the modern world. Simply exposing them to today's tech would trip them out. But imagine the information that they may have that the modern people of today was ignorant to or simply forgot with time. Life's a grand adventure, huh.

Great question here Maya, “why did they have eyes?” My thought is to be able to observe. Most thinks in our world as animals have an “eye/eyes” or “ lenses” to be able to observe. Whether it’s too observe to study, or hunt. Without the ability to observe we depend on other senses, so example like plants don’t have eyes per say but use their ability to absorb there surroundings through sound & light, roots etc.
So when it came to how it was looked up on the last episode, I believe we tried to look it up, switching the longitude and latitude. But the way that it was switched was actually switching the direction from I believe east to west and south to north. Is what CP was saying and how Mya could verify it.

The reason why they put it in the walls is to make it permanent it’s not because they’re ignorance, but because it was true. Like you said, that’s a lot of time and energy to go into that and I do not believe our people was so dumb that we would do it for anything. And it’s not about them thinking that their people won’t be around. They knew they would, and wanted them to remember. That’s why they use the term written in stone for something being factual, or non-changing.
