Lets hope the housing market improves soon as we get through this year. After looking at stick built out of date homes I believe modular homes are the way to go.

Cute, but needs a screened in back porch, nice patio area and bbq pit. (Yes, I realize that doesn't come with it). I wish this came in a full rancher style this is NEARLY perfect for my older parents only stairs are totally out.

Nicely finished model home. I particularly liked the layout of the first-floor main suite. The only thing I found curious is there were no electrical outlets in the kitchen! Where am I going to plug in my coffee pot or my toaster?

Hi Tim, Jen and boys! What a beautiful home. Love the open concept of this home. Love the kitchen. The appliances are wonderful. The first floor has high end fixtures. It’s so gorgeous the master bedroom and bath are perfect. They thought of everything in this house. Jen did a great job of finding this home!

Tim, I just noticed this Home Today. I'm Completely Blown Away with this Home. It's very Appealing, Upstairs a Full bathroom with a Bedroom and the other room could use it as a Den/OFFICE space. It's to bad that they didn't have an Attached Garage. But Overall like this one Tim!

That has to be the most beautiful, and well laid out house that I've seen so far, and I've been looking at a TON of these homes, and I always found something that I didn't like, but not in this one. Just like everyone else, or most of everyone, there isn't anything I would change, oh definitely one major thing I'd change, for me to have the money to buy it lol:) I'm sure it will make someone the perfect family home:)

That closet by the 1/2bath I immediately thought what a great place for the dog and cat food cans and dry food storage and right in laundry that space under the counter for the cat pan and feed them in the laundry keeping their food out of the kitchen. Great for me. I'm sold. Love that master bath too.

I like this home alot, I would want the side wall that devides the living room and kitchen to be extended to end of the center island so I have more wall space for my furniture/Piano.

Timothy- so glad I stumbled upon you today, really enjoying your vids! Was loving this model but on second more thorough view wanted to add my 2cents. This is simply for info only, my real-life experience. Folks should consider this owners’ suite is not handicap friendly. After 3mths in hospital & rehab a year ago, my hubby came home in a wheelchair. He was always a big guy but his health issues caused a gain of 50lbs (edema). There is no way to push an occupied wheelchair thru that door w/the closet just inside… as well as the bathroom /water closet situation. Eventually graduating to a walker still wouldn’t permit using that w/c. While he was away circumstances required me to sell our home & downsize to a mobile home, and while I measured all doors & openings, discharge day reality revealed challenges, adding more stress problem solving. Eventually I’ll get around to replacing damaged trim & gauged walls, and painting repairs, lol. I look forward to more of your fun & informative vids! Lottery Dreams!

Beautiful, Timothy. My hubby and I are both retired teachers, so I greatly appreciate that downstairs bedroom. With 14 grandchildren, we never know who might come over, or stay a weekend or holiday. This home seems ideal for us. It needs a garage off the kaundry room, but that's doable. Thanks for the tour.

Very nice, Timothy. Lots of nice features. The upstairs area has so much area room and the bedrooms. Had to laugh when you said the master bath has a beautiful tub with this picture window behind it. What is so wrong with that statement and the window? Definitely a problem with what picture you want the neighbors to see. Lol
