This new home sets the bar really high for what a "mobile home" should look like! The manufacturer for this home is Franklin Structures. The model for this home is the "Azalea." This home is a 45x60, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,136 square foot living. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

With people asking about my energy levels and enthusiasm I thought I would share. This product is great for good consistent energy levels and sharp focus!
We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I like this layout. Outside, I wasn't sure about how it would layout inside, but I like it. Big porch. The only thing I would change to suit me is the kitchen counters. Butcher block takes so much upkeep whereas a man made product can withstand anything including sitting a hot pot on it. I like the five panel doors and black hardware. Finally, a normal sized utility room. Nice master and big en-suite. Great shower. Being modular, it can be placed on a site built foundation like any other house. I also like the new Modern Farmhouse style with the white siding, black windows and wood accents. Great house and great video. Thanks.

Oh my stinking stars, I’m in love! This house is drop dead gorgeous! Haha...pool table! Especially love the master closet...shoe cubbies, yes!!! I love this house, especially the layout all this house is missing is a Den/Family Room & it would have been perfect! In the Dining Room where the windows are, I would definitely opt for French or sliding doors to build a big deck off the Dining Room....

Floorplan at 3:07. Love the big windows in the kitchen and that you can watch/hear the news while cookingdinner. Think I'd have 2 walk in pantries in the corner. Layout is doable except prefer steps to the attic and basement... Would reconfigure entrance to laundry so that there could be a sink with built-in drainboard. A sink with a drainboard in the laundry makes sense. Sometimes you need to deeply water/transplant houseplants and a drainboard helps you handle more than one plant at a time. Washing the dog or cat is another reason why a large farmhouse sink and drainboard in the laundry are good, as well as having a place to set handwashed laundry as it drains off excess water... A view into the bathroom from the entry or dining or living room is a design no-no... maybe have a barn door to help obscure it or off set the doorways/orientation.

How did I miss this one? I have watched all the videos at least 3 times. 🧐. This house is in my top 3 favorite homes. Franklin did a very good job on this one. All the small details don’t go unnoticed. We see them and love, love, love them. Doors, hardware, faucets, lights and even decorated to draw out its perfection. The kitchen is open but not wide up. There is room to walk around the dining room table. Plenty of cabinets in the kitchen. Seriously! Chance you did REAL good on this on. 👏🏽

Chance you have no idea what a great job you do touring and videoing these homes!!! Holy Mother of God we have tried to watch other videographers and it’s just CRAZY!! You probably hear it often, but we are looking for an empty nester home and are having a time finding a double wide 2 bdrm 2 bath with sheet rock in East Texas. For us old folks, kitchens, laundry rooms and master baths are important. We like freezer space in the “utility” room. Haven’t seen any with ADA bathrooms (would be nice) but walk in showers with a bench seat is a must. You find that out when you get older! Also, the skinny cabinets in the kitchen are for cookie sheets! We will continue to watch and are hopeful we will find something that works for us! Thanks for your tours!!

This is absolutely one of my favorites. Love the porch, Love the kitchen on a angle and is not the first thing that you see. In the utility room I would use that closet as a pantry...Pantry dance💃💃💃 Master bedroom and bathroom I love the double sink is Awesome, the closest in the master is the Bomb. I would give anything to have a home like this! I'm in my mid 50's and I've never owned a home. Unfortunately as a veteran, a VA home loan won't finance this type of home, but this type of home is all I would need.

Oh my. I'd simply LOVE to have that many outlets in my kitchen. I would, however, change the light switches and outlet covers to white. The kitchen is PERFECT! I do not like the corner closets in the spare bedrooms. I think with all the built-ins in the master closet is not the best use of space. The ceiling details in the master bath are stupendous. Pricing is out of my budget.

Two things really stand out for me - the location of the master bedroom is away from the kitchen, dining, living area and second the master bath has bath and shower unconnected which I love.

I really like the closets in the guest rooms. Gives it even more farmhouse feel. Only changes I would make, have natural wood doors and trim work instead of painted. I'm also becoming a fan of the Matt black Fawcett, faceplate and light switch plates.
