@@DrCrypto-ash the worst episode was when guys from the swamps were looking for some egg, they had glowing eyes and tattoes all over their bodies, they were walking like zombies. It scared the shit out of me
unbelievable, this part of memory was unaccessed since the last time I saw an episode from this show which was around 15 years ago, yet the song intro I still recall perfectly. Just needed to hear the first 3 seconds of it. WOW!
Same. This is literally what I was thinking. Its so strange and fascinating how our memory works, it's like it's been sitting dormant for over 10 years and boom, it came back to life
I haven't seen this show in 20 years(yes I'm old! I was seven) And my husband and I were looking up film credits of a voice actor we liked and when we saw the cramp Twins we immediately started humming that damn opening. We just started singing the whole thing without even stopping. People say that today's cartoons are weird and disturbing? They need to see the weord shows we had in the early 2000s.
I loved to watch this show when I was about 5-6, and imagining the "M" in the show's title (and the main family's last name) going missing was a source of endless amusement to me
@@josem588Acechao meant from when he watched the show for the first time when he discovered it, not when he watched the show for the first time in the original date release.
Why does everyone say this show is bad, the animation is on point, the sound is already on point in every episode and each episode has a good story to them. So why is this show horrible?
So yes this show was a British/American/Canadian animated series it was animated by several British companies and there were several British script writers for the show including Andrew Brenner most of the voice cast are Canadian voice actors and the two main character's Lucien and Wayne are both voiced by Americans Lucien being voiced by Kath Soucie who i know best as the Voices of The De'Ville Twins Fifi LaFume Lola Bunny and Princess Sally Acorn and Wayne was voiced by Tom Kenny who is best known as the voice of SpongeBob and many other characters
I never even used to properly watch this show, It was just also there during the times i watched others like spongebob, dexters lab, powerpuff girls and fairly odd parents, but ill always remember this intro, i still find myself humming it.
I believe so. She had a compulsion for cleanliness. Considering her purple skinned son Wayne was someone who cared very little about his own hygiene, it's a little bit ironic.
you don't know how long i have searching for this! i've had this tune in my head for years and i finally found the video haha! thank you super much! :D
GEEZ! Took me forEVER to find this! Spent like 3 hours searching for it only going off of the blue twin as a source. Saw someone had him as an avatar and wanted to know where I remember him from. Well at least I found it finally :3
It's funny. Now that I've grown up and have rewatched this show, I actually see Wayne as the genius and Lucien as the dumbass. Lucien was a PC softhead who liked to act smarter than he was whereas Wayne was designing and creating technology (albeit crude) at such a young age. If they carry on the way they're going, I can see Lucien joining PETA or some college campus safe space shit and Wayne becoming a highly gifted engineer.
The show is more a ripoff of the Simpsons, think about it: naggy mother of marge Simpson, dimwitted father of homer Simpson, know it all child of Lisa Simpson-Lucien and Wayne..... Well he has nelsons munt'z nature. Whereas Wayne is also a prankster like Bart. Overall the whole show is good. I reckon they should get rid of the lines.
To be fair, Lucien seemed to have held concern towards the swamp in their city, and the environment in general. I can see Lucien being someone that would grow to learn about climate change or anything that affects our eco-system. With that being said, this would probably lead Lucien into becoming a scientist, or taking some sort of role that involves protecting the planet and studying it.
Everyone is saying this show was awful but believe me there's a a lot worse than this show. I'd rather watch this than Family Guy or Johnny Test, at least this show tackled some mildly interesting issues sometimes.
Harold Cheese Are those fans of Mrenter? I can safely say I'd rather watch this show than Mrenter but then again I'd rather paint dry than Mrenter so make of that what you will
Harold Cheese Hah there's no shame in that dude, I used to watch his videos as a kinda guilty pleasure too until the whole "troll" controversy came about and I decided to ollie the fuck outta that. plus he's way too judgmental and nitpicky about things that don't even matter and yeah I have way better videos to waste my time on than his.
Harold Cheese yeah man Pieguyrulz is much more reasonable and level-headed and actually knows how to structure an argument without ranting, tho I don't rly watch either of them anymore since I kinda stopped caring about cartoons in general a while back, especially now the whole _fanartist trying to kill herself bc of sjw bullies_ thing has happened. That was a new low, like I've never watched steven universe in my life and have no idea what that was about but it's just so sick and depressing, idk how these people sleep at night honestly. Ugh sorry for rambling but yeah I'm pretty much over the whole scene for now. I'll just stick to let's plays and south park I guess.
Harold Cheese Yeah man South Park and Simpsons are the shit! idk I know people think this is like the golden age of cartoons or w/e but those shows will always beat any modern series for me
Harold Cheese That's true man, not to mention early Simpsons and South Park actually _influenced_ the shows people rave about today, even the kid's stuff. You basically wouldn't have modern animation as we know it without the '90s era Simpsons
One of Cartoon Networks most forgotten shows nobody knows about well at least I remember this show it wasn't really my cup of tea I always loved listening to the theme song.
When I was a kid I praised Lucian and hated Wayne with a passion. Now as an adult and seeing this again, I praise Wayne and love his rebellious side plus his fondness for scrap and engineering abilities while at the same time hating the SJW that Lucian is. Weird, eh?
This was ALWAYS on CBBC when I was a lad. I never watched a full episode, but now I know it's even worse than I could have expected. This had one of the weirdest art styles I've ever seen.
Lucien and Wayne... The living embodiment of Good and Evil, with flaws for both of them to make each one of them perfectly flawed. They hate each other, but they both need each other to coexist.
It took me so damn long to find the name of this show, had to literally type in “cartoon show with two brothers” to get the name of it. Something about this show used to scare me
