I covered this a few times at some gigs. One of my favorite Cranberries songs besides Wake Up and Smell the Coffee and Linger and Never Grow Old. This one always stuck with me. Dolores, you were such an inspiration for so many of us. I played this in the car on the way to school, throughout life and after you passed. Now I’m older and dealing with so many hardships and so much loss in life. Listening to the Cranberries and this song in particular gives me at least some hope.
I like the way my friend put music together in writing ✍️. Everyday living. And in our experiences. Thank you my friend 💜 I love you Dolores forever. I will keep listening 🎶 to your beautiful music rest in peace 🙏 your Canadian friend. 🌟 🙏
I get so emotional whenever I hear this song. The times I covered it at live venues, I could only pray to do justice. Dolores left her mark in so many ways.
Shattered by your weakness and the German song Diktatur der Angepassten (Blumfeld 2001) is in my head when crying over the people complying to the lies in our time, in our time of change. - Humanity will survive, but on what costs??? - "Ich rufe alle Superhelden, alle großen Meister, alle Highlander..." is a line from another song called Millionen Legionen, which is a motivational song pointing towards inner strength and connection, connection to the cosmos, connection to the anchestors of course, connection to higher consciousness. We will overcome evil on this planet in this time of change. May God bless Dolores, the singer. Amen.
Posso sentire, risentire e risentire la sua voce ma ogni volta è un colpo al cuore come la prima volta. Che voce incredibile Grazie Dolores Manchi tantissimo
This song gives me chills...so amazing. There is one part that kind of makes me laugh too...I have never heard someone announce "I don't like you" so beautifully! 😏 RIP Dolores, you are still missed.
Yeah but, i listen to them since i have memory (thx to my father and his fabulous taste on music) and their style have been always unique, every single song is... WOW, and her voice too, even the way she moves when she´s in stage or in the videos. Idk if i make a point here lol, but i think you understand what i was trying to say... hope PD: my english is not too good so if I mispelled something, forgive me :)
