These days you can believe in things that aren't true and you can even change your gender. He actually has an extremely awful voice and that's not being biased at all.
This was the song they played at my moms funeral. Her death date is tomorrow & I can’t believe I’m hearing him sing this. It’s been tough latley. This is one thing for me that was a sign to not give up
A few reasons why Ruby's my favorite out of the two (this doesn't mean I have anything against scrim, he's awesome too, but I just love Ruby a little more than I do Scrim.) 1) he's cute as shit and has an adorable smile 2) he seems really chill and fun to be around, seems to have a genuinely good personality as well. 3) he's very talented when it comes to rapping and music in general. He raps in Greek from time to time, he can change his flow quickly and smoothly, he's an awesome lyricist, and he can play a variety of instruments. (Also, that accent that he gets sometimes gives me life) 4) he's Ruby da Cherry. Nuff said.
[Verse 1] Another head hangs lowly Child is slowly taken And the violence caused such silence Who are we mistaken? [Pre-Chorus] But you see, it's not me, it's not my family In your head, in your head, they are fightin' With their tanks and their bombs and their bombs and their guns In your head, in your head, they are cryin' [Chorus] In your head, in your head Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie What's in your head, in your head? Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie-ie, oh [Post-Chorus] Du, du, du, du Du, du, du, du Du, du, du, du Du, du, du, du [Verse 2] Another mother's breakin' Heart is takin' over When the violence causes silence We must be mistaken [Pre-Chorus] It's the same old theme, since 1916 In your head, in your head, they're still fightin' With their tanks and their bombs and their bombs and their guns In your head, in your head, they are dyin' [Chorus] In your head, in your head Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie What's in your head, in your head? Zombie, zombie, zombie-ie-ie-ie, oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, eh-eh-oh, ra-ra
I love the their version of this song. It’s so hard to still not catch tears after I heard Bad Wolves play their version in a lit stadium where we reflected on those we lost-that day the song grew a different meaning
