Matt, I hate that you are struggling with some back pain…I can relate and I hope you are starting to feel better. I think it was a year or so ago I told my wife that I wish I had a swing like yours. Of all the GG guys your swing is the most buttery. Keep it up. Love watching your story and wish you all the best.

Matt, hope the back is doing good brother. I'm about to see my surgeon on the 10th for my back injury. So i feel you brother about golf and back injuries. Knowing you got the golf swing too hit the shot you want, but your body will not let you swing the way you need to. Oh GRRRRRRRR So frustrating to shoot 80 when you know you got 72 if you could hit a few punch cut shots or when you just need a little more power with the better lower club. Be sure to let it heal, and don't push it. This will be my 4th procedure, and if I have to go under the knife, it will be 2nd surgery for disk and stenosis issues. Ruptured the disk between R4 R5 and tore the muscles on the right side of the back and rotated hips the first time. Had a failed diskectomy. This time, it's looking like 3 bulging disks 3 pinched nerves and 3 spots of stenosis. 2 of them were the cause of my right leg paralysis. Lost a lot of use and continue to have pain from hip to foot with numbness and gimpy walk after about ten minutes of walking. Long winded story so that golfers will read and not take a back injury lightly and really hurt themselves by not taking the time off to heal a back injury. Now I had a preexisting spine injury for 25 years, and this last time i was just walking thru the house after some yard work(digging a few holes for fence) felt the tiniest pop in my back. Super tiny pop. Took 2 steps and leg went b Y e bye and was paralyzed for 2 days. Completely had no use or feeling and anything with the leg for 2 days. It then came back but was totally weak and numb and felt line it was on fire. Hahaha I keep writing more. I'll stop.....or I won't. It was just a really scary moment in life where things could have really gone super wrong instead of just really shity.

That shot by Billy really was exiting but did you guys notice something? He had the ball sitting up high, made a very hard for that distance but he played it like a bunker shot. That really impressed me, had to watch it twice.
