Great video as always mate, really enjoyed watching it, though will take a while to get my head around it all 😂😂😂 There is around 4 different cuts of Dawn Of The Dead that I know of in existence, the Theatrical, Argento, Director's and the unofficial (?) 2 1/2 hour extended cut, which is an integrated version with most of the known excised footage included back into the filum.😂😂😂 By the way on an unrelated subject ex-video nasty Dawn Of The Mummy will be getting a UK Blu-Ray release soon.

A fantastic well researched video, of a bizarre and confusing unofficial franchise. Have you considered doing the La Casa unofficial franchise? It's where they basically lumped every horror movie involving cabins and haunted houses under one movie title and I made those random horror movies (that have their own franchises) as La Casa sequels.

You made explaining these movies look so easy mate, i would have screwed this up on Zombie 2, Great video John.

Hi John good video. As a former cinema projectionist, I showed 'The Living Dead At The Manchester Morgue' on 35mm in the late 70s. It was released in 1974, which pre dates Dawn Of The Dead by 4 years. When I showed it, it was the secomd feature. (Yes in the 70s we showed a second film to the main feature). It was just a normal standalone horror film then, so how it's got into the series of zombie films is anybodys guess.

Even though there is only 1 official sequel, there are over 80 Django films.
