What ingredients do I need to make creamy spinach pasta?
300 g of spinach.
250 g of short pasta (macaroni, farfalle, fusilli ...).
500 ml of milk.
200 g of fresh feta type cheese (Ricotta cheese also works for this recipe).
3 garlic cloves.
50 g of butter.
1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
Salt and pepper.
No need to cook pasta in water! You only need a frying pan.
