Very well said! I think creativity is one of the most important things one should exercise. So much fun and you get such a sense of accomplishment and pride when you and others dig it. I like Rick Rubin I know he worked with one of my all time favorite artists, Eminem on one of my favorite albums of his.

I did read a lot of self-help, but I think I read all there is out there because I noticed that the same few ideas are consistently recycled. I liked Atomic Habits though. I've read the War of Art, but I don't remember much about it now. So although I liked it when I read it, it's probably not that good that I still remember parts of it.

I’ve read Atomic Habits but it’s been so long I don’t remember it, I remember really liking The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. It’s been a minute since I’ve read any of these types of books, I agree with you that they do seem to recycle their ideas. This one on creativity is pretty fantastic and different, I feel like Rick Rubin is on a different spiritual plane than most. ☺️📚
