I love the people bashing on Stephen Colbert because he points out the obvious errors of Donald Trump and mocks his insecurities. It's like having a 14 year old girl as president who only wants to play on Twitter and gossip. Your comments are full of sophisticated curse words and intelligent phrases like "come at me bro." Go watch Fox news if you don't like Colbert. They'll tell you whatever you want to hear anyway.

We should rename "TrumpCare" to "TrumpDoesn'tCare"

All this trouble about an issue which has a very simple solution - just bring in universal health care like virtually all civilised countries in the world have already done. Speaking as a Brit, I simply do not understand why a system which provides peace-of-mind for all no matter their financial situation is seen as such a terrible thing. OK, many in the US call it socialism (dread word!) but if being safe from being bankrupted from medical bills is socialism, then I'm all for it. Let's face it, if Walter White had lived in Europe, it would have saved him a whole heap of trouble. Sure we have to pay for this out of our taxes. Just as we have to pay for education , defense etc out of our taxes. But health is one tax I am more than happy to pay. Of course, it will never happen in the US, as the medical insurance companies, financial institutions and the doctors will be dead against it. But I still don't grasp why the people don't want it either.

...I went to the 2008 Obama inaugural...4 million+ people in DC, could not find one empty space in the entire capital, it was akin to a Rolling Stone concert, everyone feeling good, great occasion, we were just one big, happy family, it was a time for celebration...Trump's inaugural crowd was nothing near what we had at the Obama event. He could only wish he had the crowd Obama had when he became our 44th president. What a loser Trump is. He will go down in history as the most unpopular president since Herbert Hoover....

Stephen made a very obvious but salient point there regarding Paul Ryan's criticism of the ACA - that IS exactly how insurance of any kind works. Your premiums go towards paying for those that get sick and need healthcare and others' premiums will go towards paying for you should you need it. It's also how government funds work. Taxation pays for public buildings, schools, hospitals, roads, bridges etc. No one will use every road, bridge, public building etc that their tax dollar goes towards paying for.
