Because usually it's a few guys and a few girls on these shows. Or one girl and like 3 guys and vise versa. It just must be sooo awkward to have like 10 dudes hitting on you at once... And they're in MASKS 😂 It's craaaaazy 😂
@@soggi_pancakes9860 Right, he brought his own. The show producers were like "Okay, so here's the premise: it's like the Bachelorette but all the guys wear masks so the girl doesn't base her decision on their--" "Oh say no more, I'm down. ANNND, I've already got a mask!"
There was a actual murderer that actually went on to a dating show and won. Luckily for the girl, she chose not to date him, in turn not getting slaughtered
Or he asks her "What did you think when I was yelling at you?" then immediately says "Now I wasn't yelling at you" without giving her a chance to answer his question!
14:38 my man wastes a one in a life time chance of saying, "I did NOT have sexual relationships with that woman" on national tv, on a show hosted by THE Monica Lewinsky That alone would have been worth being on the show. Hell, ild go to the show just so i could get to say that
Hey Scott, I know you don't want to pigeonhole yourself and that's great, but if you kept reacting to weird 90s/00s reality shows I wouldn't be mad. These are hilarious.
"dating a house full of people is weird" finally someone said it and made a whole video about it. regardless of gender of the protag, a bachelor or bachelorette, it's pants on head stupid
Imagine being on a dating show, and they give you a creepy green mask, and you decide to stalk and "hypnotize" the female contestant so she'll like you.
She’s actually really chill and funny nowadays. Made it through a lot of mistreatment and still has a sense of humor about everything. Don’t know about how she is on this show, though.
I looked it up, and Mr. Hypnotist Chris lost in the final, and Hayley ended up picking Mr. WILLionaire as the winner. No idea if they're still together...but probably not...
@@brooketrotter18 LOL! My husband had a friend (unfortunately he passed away) named Peter. The first time I met him was at a Christmas party. He was introduced to me as Pete, but everyone kept calling him Dick-Dick. I asked my husband, why? Turns out his last name was Johnson 😂 Poor Dick-Dick! He HATED that nickname! But he could play a mean guitar 🎸😁👍🏻
I used to watch Scott every day all the time.. stopped for years and remembered this video out of the blue. Came back to learn that I had memorized every single lyric to the end song even after years
sleazy or creepy is usually defined NOT by the action but who is doing it. A good looking man making moves on a woman is called being confident; an ugly guy a sleazeball@@schnozz4301
They're not allowed to tell her their occupation? Ok I guess I mean I doubt anyone would really judge someone based on their job- One of them is a millionaire
If it was about personality they would have had her in a mask as well. It's such an obvious double standard, the men get this young attractive girl that's out of their league but she's given balding creeps who stalk her and try to hypnotize her.
@Jayden Kingsley, not really. There are a bunch of shows that women compete for men and if you're trying to hypnotize a young woman while also watching her from afar u deserve to be called a balding creep, don't think it would be that different from either gender.
I’m gonna play the devil’s advocate here and say that the guys are there to “win” her affection, and if they’re fooling around with other girls then they’re not playing the game
Yeah but that's not exactly a moral failing? She's the "prize", if someone isn't interested in competing for her why is she acting like this is a medieval court and he sullied her honour?
Well, if her personality falls as flat as the video shows, no wonder they lose interest and turn towards other girls in the show. All in all, this is still just a badly made show. They went there to have fun on public TV. Not to devote their lives to a random woman, who wanted to have her own harem for a moment.
It's so weird seeing an early 2000's show again because I feel like it wasn't THAT long ago..for the fashion to be so 1997. I guess there's always been a bit of a cross over from decades.
Yeah definitely seemed like the dancer was pushing for it, and she seemed happy enough about it afterwards. I don't think it's scummy at all, but it definitely IS trashy.
That's really why the show production brought on dancers in the first place. Real/fake something was going to happen and they would frame it as cheating. Even if it was just one guy having a legitimate conversation with one of them.
Yeah, like I understand if you’re competing for Person A you don’t just give your sexual attention to someone else, in any capacity. Even though you’re not in a relationship with Person A , it does give the impression that your desired relationship with them isn’t that important to you after all. So I understand the issue from that perspective. But she didn’t have to be so condescending about it. Just shrug him off and move on. Reality TV is so aggravatingly exaggerated and conveniently staged. It’s would be funny, if they didn’t also try to shove morals down your throat.
The way I see it, she's acting like she's exclusive with each of the guys, where she has every right to get jealous and be annoyed when they do something with someone else, but all the while she's essentially dating a house of 15 men at the same time. It's just inconsistent expectations.
These shows are set up like that though. She was probably encouraged or even instructed to have those conversations by the PAs. Idk I think all dating shows are dumb, and don’t represent real dating. Although they all signed up with the expectation to be dating only her. Why would she pick the ones who couldn’t keep it in their pants for even a few weeks?
Dude, you should watch the UK show Sexy Beasts. It's like this but even weirder. All the contestants wear makeup and prosthetics to make them look like animals and monsters, then go speed dating.
There’s a show sorta like that. There’s a gay man with a boyfriend, a straight man with a Girlfriend, and a straight man without one. The woman has to figure whose the single one
Stan was a creepy weirdo. Oh, and Brian's question was off because it was very argumentatively phrased. It wasn't an open ended question with opportunity to answer broadly, it was a barely veiled "prove that you're good enough for me."
I think his point was why is SHE the only one that gets to make a choice? And he's right, some of the people on these dating shows act like he/she are the only damn person left on earth. Case in point The Bachelor.
@@homelesshannah50but like... Isn't that the point? It's a tv show not your local bar. They're all there to meet her and vie for her attention. Of course she's the one who gets to be choosy. I don't think that means she's a narcissist or whatever, I think it's people in a strange situation playing their roles in the game.
Honestly, I totally agree with asking questions like, "why should I date you?" It's totally obvious, yeah it may come off as pompous, but it's a legitimate concern.
It's the way he asked it that I took issue with. It just comes off as pompous and judgmental. You can ascertain the same information by asking way less aggressively, like "So what do you like to do", "what kind of thing do you look for in a guy", "how would you describe your personality", etc
totally a valid question but like, you came on this show knowing it be a contest. So, like, if you're not already sold on this girl, why are you here!??!?? Hope that makes sense
These kinds of videos are what makes Scott Cramer one of my favorite commentary youtubers on the platform. The great commentary, the jokes, and the great personality. Love your videos!
you said that she was mean to Stan but he kept slapping her thigh and getting way to close to her inner thigh and that's like way too close to comfort so it's well deserved tbqh
The two things I remember, the guy that tried to hypnotize her and the 2 final dudes and the girl on american idol before the final aired. They were in audience, still wearing the mask.
"She came back to my room and we went into the bathroom, but I did not have sexual relations with that woman". I guess Bill Clinton was a big fan of Mr Personality.
How do you not have more subscribers? That music video made based off of a terrifying reality tv show no one's ever heard of was fire! But fr creative af . GOAT 🐐 for sure.
