Peter long Downgrade? This is not some cheap PS4 title that does not run in we downgrade all FX, You can build a good system for it, so it runs 4k graphics good! This is what you get when you play the open Beta too, or the final product.
Ng Ray besides, even though the graphics are awesome, the physics still (looks) odd in a bad way, and I hope they don't mess up the sound again but it has the same kind of weird engine volume that goes up and down, it sounded bad on the crew 1 and this also has that.
Are you serious? Have you even played The Crew? This is basically the same graphics, just some new features, sounds some lenses and more lighting.. Don't say something about "well it's alpha, sooo..." Ubisoft downgrades. All their games. Go search it up.

Alright I mean I understan, that they had to downgrade the graphics (especially the lighting and the reflexions) a bit for the consoles, but could at least someone make a mod for the crew 2 on the pc to look this good ?

I remember when I saw this gameplay I was impressed by the graphics, but the final game doesn't have all that, it's much uglier, not even on the PS5 the game is as beautiful as this gameplay
I downloaded the open beta and the intro has amazing graphics, but when you enter the actual game, graphics look horrible. I'm not buying this game. It'll die quickly.
Hawk 99 Ikr. Totally up to them, if they want this game to get past a 5/10 in reviews, they could work hard and improve every minor issue until it looks as here. (+Other gameplay problems) They listened to some feedback from the original Crew, so I think there's hope for the better.
All this game needs is epic Police Chases like Need For Speed, Great Drifting Physiques, and Pink Slips. It would then be the Greatest Driving/Racing Game ever and hold that title for years.

Bruh, take a look at Watch Dogs LOL. Some guy had to dig up the files for the original PC graphics that the Devs *purposely* hid! I have the mod installed on my PC and it's a night and day difference. My game looks EXACTLY as the original E3 Gameplay Footage. Not that shit that was released as the "final version". Take a look around my guy. All of these newer titles and ports are getting upgraded for the Xbox One X. Why? Cause they can handle shit now. HDR, 4K, 60fps. Hell, they even support FreeSync now and 1440p resolutions. We're going to start seeing to heavy changes come next gen of consoles. Games won't be held back and shit's going to be better for everyone.
Video games just keep looking better and better. Some day soon, we'll be immersed into real life movies and we'll be controlling real people or maybe even in VR.
payback in my opinion looks better, heres why. in the crew 2, you see a lot of puddles on the ground creating a reflection which creates more graphic looking picture, and also you dont see any rain from and of the trailers. so will there be perminant puddles? thats stupid. in payback, you dont have any of that shit, it was built from the ground up with a beautiful environment with no weather cycles.
The interior view look a bit unrralistic, i mean the hand that hold the steering look a bit stiff compare to the crew 1. In the crew 1, the hand look better, and you feel more realistic in the crew 1 interior
AustraliaBall Brother just look at the crew 1, the WORST car sounds ever, really. Even GTA V has a way better sound design for the cars despite not primaly being a racing game
2 things I hope they looked at before it releases, PHYSICS! Drifting in the first game was horrible, even with the drift spec cars, it felt unnatural. The only place I found drifting to be somewhat realistic was in the snowy mountains... Although 4WD cars drifted fairly well, I couldn't do any kind of sustained drift or doughnuting in a large circle or continuously round traffic circles/roundabouts. The RWD cars seemed to drift around 1 corner pretty nicely at first, but chaining drifts through multiple corners was borderline impossible, you'd lose too much speed, it was as if the front tires were soft treadless tires, you'd get so much grip on the front end it ends up slowing you down! Unlike a game like Forza where, if I had the right tune, can drift around a track all day. I was so disapointed in the first game, there's loads of roads I discovered, like the one round the grand canyon or the one leading to LA from Nevada over the forest/mountain for example, great drifting potential, but the physics doesn't let you drift! SOUNDS! Generally some cars sound pretty good but, man, most sound like farts trapped in a can in the first game, I want my V8's to ROAR! It would also be a nice touch to have an audible difference after applying a new exhaust, give it more bass, raise the sound levels or something...
Actually I dont think so, same happened in The Crew 1, all of us testers thought that the Mirrors will be fixed in full version, but no, it stayed that way. And to be honest Beta`s are pretty much finished products only some small details are changed (but 90% of the time, things are actually removed or downgraded in full version, happens so often these days)
+TuBar true true, but most likely they will use that time to add more vehicles and improve stuff, dunno honestly i would love if they fix mirrors but i am really doubting it since most of the players are saying that it doesnt matter so they arent focused on that sadly
1EUR per game is golden standart. Are the graphics in the game the same as in the trailer? Seems like they need to bring liquidity to the game which is great. And someone needs to cover servers maintains and costs.
I hate when studios put unnecessary political references or views in games. It takes away from being immersed in the gameplay, as it reminds you of current problems or situations.

You control with the wheel? Or you can have a standard controller on stand by and quickly switch to it. Or have a transforming wheel. Or use a flight stick as ur handbrake, so when u start using plane controls, u use the already connected flight stick
Hope it will work along those lines but the question is would they support that many devices, my wheel, pedal, and gearstick count as 3 separate devices then I would have to add a 4th; xbox controller

Open world games with a day/night cycle don't look great 100% of the time you know. It all depends on the location, time and weather conditions. The main difference with the GC demo is maybe the color palette, which used to be more vibrant. It's an art style decision.
There are many pop in issues and low textures on ultra, lack of details shown in 2017, LODs are absolute shit, bugs and so on. But yeah during mornings it looks good and during sunset.
PiWiPi GTA 5 may be old but it isn't outdated yet. Rockstar is still making a profit off of it. If they weren't making a profit- they'd jump on the 'making GTA 6' bandwagon
