The Crew Motorfest : Gameplay & First 30 Minutes!! 

There’s so many different racing games coming out soon. Forza Motorsport, TDU Solar Crown, possibly FH6, and I can’t wait to see what else comes out later!

They NAILED the night time vibe and lighting in the NSX race. FINALLY! Let's hope they don't downgrade it later like in the Crew 2.

I was in the insider program as well, and I gotta say, I really liked it. The physics to me was way better than Crew 2's were and I really liked the new cars and customization. I really hope that I get a discount when I purchase the game tho, cause I did feel like it's not worth $70 for the base price

For the imported garage thing, I just had the idea of having 2 separate garages. One of them being "My Garage" which is where you start fresh and have to chose a starter car, and restarting for the story of The Crew Motorfest. And the other garage could be called "Imports Garage" and it should contain all of the vehicles from your garage from The Crew 2 (like you explained in the video). I thought this way, instead of people choosing to import everything and "ruin the fun", or restarting and wasting all that time and effort from the last game, people can have both and toggle between which garage they want to use. The new (empty) garage, or their imports garage. This is so if someone wants to change their mind and drive some of their imported cars, they can. Idk, that's just a thought I had, that might be cool. 😁

They release so much content that the fact they let you keep your cars is actually a good thing. Best thing so far about the game.

TDU, TDU 2, and PGR 4 also had HUD specific to the model car you were driving at any given time.

As a resident that lives in O’ahu, I am proud and excited to see a game that’s taking place in my home state. Can’t wait to see the fine details and the locations of the map and compare them to how they look irl!!!

I feel like importing is a great idea, but it should only prompt you to do so after you complete the campaign so you get that fresh start feeling and then when you are set free you have all the cars at your disposal

2023 is gonna be a good year for Racing games. We Get Forza motorsport, F1 23 and The crew Motorfest/3.

I think the best way to do the garage importing idea is letting players import cars from their garage. Say I want to import the jesko from crew 2, I think the best way to go about it is I'd have to go into a menu and select it to ferry so I can use it. That way it'd be your car with your upgrades, but you'd still have to earn it/choose to bring certain ones.

What i loved about this game, something so simple that The Crew 2 failed badly. The wheel in first person actualy turns now LOL

Motorfest has old supra, nissan 400z and two new limos. These were the cars I was most intrigued by from the car list. Also I noticed that in F1 category there is now tire wear

So Forza AI is too dificult at higher skill level = broken Crew AI too difficult at higher skill levels = great AI

After playing the insider program I gotta say I enjoyed it, but one of the biggest thing this game needs as with all other racing games is good motion blur.

Coming from the Insider, the physics feel so much smoother and more consistent, overall a good step up from TC2

The whole importing cars system takes away form the entire idea of progression in racing games. NFS Most Wanted, Pro Street, Gran Turismo 4, Forza Horizon. One of the best things about these games is that you had to earn EVERYTHING. When you earnt a new upgrade or tier of car/race it felt so rewarding, beating Darius Flint, Ryo Watanabe or Razor was such a satisfying moment because it took so much effort to get there.

I definitely will be transferring my garage over. Spent the last 5 years collecting them so for me I think it makes sense and im happy that the last 5 years will be worth it. If I want to start from scratch I'll just jump on my partners account and start fresh there.

The Crew 2 is one of my favorite games ever. the map, the vehicles, the customization. everything about that game (other than the handling sometimes) itches my brain just the right way and I hope this game can do the same

I think you should have the option at any time to import it so if you want to start new u can but import ur cars later when u have build ur garage up or import at the start.

I find it a little off-putting seeing the minimap on the right with the speedo on the left. I wonder if we could change that.

Online is MUCH better, on the ps5 store it says "32 Player lobbies" as a feature alongside adaptive ps5 controller integration and stuff. You are not limited to 4 players.

There are motorcycles and it's on the previous generation consoles, I'm happy.

If the garage import thing is something you can do whenever in the game, I wouldn't mind that. It'd be nice to play fresh and then once you've completed everything, then you import your garage

nope, I was sold when I heard the Crew 2 cars carry over. If they can produce something that was as fun as the original crew, and I can keep playing these game throughout the years and choose to KEEP MY CARS?!?!? that's a real selling point, everyone should give the choice, because again, it's a choice.

Wow , It looks like Juiced 2 HIN !1 :o I think it's not bad .. Sooo not bad ) Surpricelly , a long time . Camera , this Supraaaa , tuning , physics ( maybe not ideal , but with this slow drifts and smoke .. ) -> Looks cute :) Maybe need more smart blur of rotated wheels , buildings , road at both sides etc ... ( like J2HIN )

here's my fix for the importing the cars you can choose which care you import, just import the rare ones and keep them as a late game reward and that way you dont get all the op starter cars at the start

Ah I see the crew implemented realistic handling physics for the Toyota Supra. That car was and still is a boat on wheels.

Forza really need to add more stuff from NFS and The Crew. Nitro and other types of customization is definitely welcome after 5 games now. We could also use a REAL underground racing scene with police that are unique to whatever country we’re in.

I'm really curious about the photomode! I'm a virtual photographer and it's crucial to me that the game has a great photomode! I would love to know how many degrees we can turn the camera since the virtual photography community where i'm a part of loves taking their pictures vertical in stead of horizontal!

It would make a lot of sense if the imported cars from crew 2 will only be used for the car meet/show feature

What they could do is give u the option to import ur cars when u finish the story so that it doesn't get ruined for the player

that cool supra bodykit is sort of copied from hycade which is beautiful by the way

I do wish there was an option to import only cosmetics from The Crew 2. But I’ve spent a significant amount of money on vanity items in TC2 and I can’t justify not importing them even if I don’t have as many cars to chase when the game launches. Huge props to Ivory Tower for not just ignoring all their dedicated TC2 veterans ❤

the characters in motor fest look like they were modeled for the spider-man game on ps4 (the first one form 2018)

Underground races from this games has cool vibe (like NFS games from 2003 - 2011 and 2019 - 2023). Good job!

Part of me thinks that the Supra may have been the drift variant kinda like how there are the street and drift variants of a lot of cars in the crew 2 which would explain why the brakes weren’t that good and why it wanted to slide so Much

I've played the Crew since day 1, but I'm worried about the map, one of the crew's selling points, is the map. Cities, desserts, swamps, miles of fields, Hawaii seems a bit more limited.

Importing your previous cars from The Crew 2 could have been tied to the story. Would be dope to have to play the first 33% of the game to unlock it. That way by the time you get your favorites you already should have a good amount of newer different vehicles.

The playlists remind me of Need for speed no limits, and the cutscenes look like a Forza trailer with need for speed unbound lighting.

Honestly, for me, I always played Forza horizon like I was the same character. I like to have my own little story attached to when I play games. For me it’s not just about character progression, but the story itself. I’d love to port all the cars I worked for in Crew 2 to the new game!

I’m definitely putting all my cars from the crew 2 into this game, I will not hesitate to do it

Yea that's my main question cause I have the crew 2 on prevois gen xbox s (not the series), so does it natter if I go to ps5 or the pc? P.s can we also change the speedometer to the right and the map to the left? Cause that would be great, I know it's a demo but any info would be great

I think you should import your garage from crew 2. Because it means you might have exclusive cars that might not be released in crew 3. If u want to start fresh just don’t use the cars that you imported

I think Importing cars should only be done for a high cost, or at the end of the campaign, that way you can finish the game with one of your old cars, and they could make it seem like the shipping just took a while as an excuse for it taking so long.

The game visually looks better than TC2. I played The Crew 2 constantly for a long time until FH5 came out. Then when I got a PS5 I never bothered to add TC2 to it. Hopefully Motorfest is just as much fun, if not more, as TC2. Ill for sure be playing.

I thought the fact that not every car has nitro fitted plus the nitro was empty. I had to try the ktm quad was absolutely like the real thing. I transferred my garage over and noticed that these cars didnt react like the new vehicles Online is upto 32 cars

Actually the vehicle transfer did work for me in the insider preview BUT the upgrades and body parts except those that were applied on the car in TC2 were not transferred. Just letting you know.

Personally I have never enjoyed starting fresh when it's a continuation of a game. So I'm glad that importing the garage exist on this. I will 100% do it.

The Crew Motorfest looks like a scaled down version of Forza Horizon.

I'm really worried about the driving physics as the driving physics in The Crew 2, before the major driving physics overhaul, were, in my opinion, abysmal. Like really, shockingly bad. I felt like I was steering a jar of peanut putter or cement. That begs the question, how is the driving physics in this compared to Forza Horizon 1, 2 and 3? Please let me know 🙏🏼

Nick, about forza motorsport talk to the developers, say 500 cars and with 20 environments, will they add more than this before the release? If yes, try to add all the cars and environments that exist in real life to the game.🙏🙏

Just import your old vehicles, no one is forcing you to use them at the start of the game. Ignore them until you are ready to use them along with your new cars.
