Like Rap Critic said when he talked about that lyric, he probably meant to say "Saxophone" or something, because that's an instrument you can actually blow. As for the Lil Yachty line, maybe he meant to say "Oboe" instead of "Cello", because an oboe actually IS a woodwind instrument, so you can blow that one.
The worst part is that someone could have caught how dumb that line was and changed "cello" to "oboe." It still would have been a stupid line, but at least it would have somewhat made sense.

I love Twenty One Pilots but they have some lyrics that even I can say, that was just bad. Most of their lyrics are fantastic though, everyone has cringe and just plain bad lyrics they can’t all be perfect and meaningful👍
