What about women who are in their late 80s. They won’t be able to lift very much due to their age and pain.

Women in their late 80s will probably need professional help such as a physiotherapist who can guide them back to being conditioned and then being strong. All humans can continue to exercise at any age so long as they receive the right guidance and supervision. I have worked at a geriatric rehabilitation hospital and have seen this to be true. Hope this hslp!
