Second day began and the case already dropped below 1€. The market is crazy, when everything drops more... it is cheaper to buy from the market instead of the pass.
I think the reason why the prices were so high on day 1 was because there was only a short period of time where the items would be tradeable on day 1 (4-5 hours)
But the cases started on 1.20e and got more expensive later, I think that in like 10 hours price is going to rise again because each morning the supply gets higher but it gets sold out during the day.
Definitely agree with you saying most people waste their stars on the Deagle. I feel like regardless of whether or not the case prices fall, cases would still be the best way to spend your stars assuming the case will be discontinued, since you can just hold onto them to sell after the price goes back up.
In 355 days 18k people stack on those case from farming will be unbanned + the armory can stay for even few years and be endlessy bought and grinded by bots etc. It probably wont go up in 5 years but deagles will disappear in 100 days
@@Gansu360noscope The Deagle will be discontinued in 100 days, what makes you think the same case will stay on the armoury for 355 days or multiple years? For reference, the Kilowatt case came out around 8 months ago, and just like how renting skins was introduced with the Kilowatt case and is now in the new case, I assume that the Armoury is also a permanent feature, where the case will be cycled out when the next one comes out. Additionally, if we’re talking short-term profit, because of the certainty that the Deagle will be discontinued, I’d assume that there’d be a large supply and thus limited profitability from them at least for the short-term. Ultimately, this is all speculation, and the best option now would be to just wait and see.
@@Gansu360noscope deagles there are huge amount of them and the only ones people will actually buy is blue gems which makes it only 9% actually being useful the rest of the deagles will be at best 3$. theres supply and demend and there's no demend for a deafult looking deagle with few blue spots. Which makes the whole 100 days mean nothing if u don't have a blue gem, only blue gems will benefit from the Limited time. Cases are being opened all the time and the huge difference between this case and other cases is u must *pay* and u must *grind* which makes the whole story different. If before that f2p players could stack on them and grow the supply now they can't. people will always open this case which imo makes it the best safe long term invsement right now. You don't gamble on ur chances and u have 100% chance to make more money than u paid by just waiting.
it would be impossible for cases to drop to 60cents, if its 0.8usd per case in stars and people had to intentionally pick the case as their reward, why would anyone willingly continue to sell them at a big loss?
People can loose faith quickly in their investment so they sell at a major loss when it's at the dip think it will go even lower. I see it happen with every case
You'd be surprised at peoples ability to panic and sell for a low price e. G. At the beginning of the trade lock coming off of the first sets of gallery cases thousands of cases got sold for only a bit over how much they cost in stars and over time they're getting more exp cus demand is out weighing the supply rn hard
@@atmosfilmproductions yes but that's the first case that needs to be grinded, 2 competetive games for 2 stars + paying 15 dolar for the pass + the cases will be limited + the stars on the pass are just 40 instead of 100! The max dip we will see is 2$ in my opinion.
isn't the "20 000 to 71 000" thing just explained by the skins leaving the 7 days where they are hidden in the inventory ? The numbers will likely explode in the next week
No they're all listed or should be as they're unboxed otherwise there wouldn't have been the 20000 to begin with but I noticed an explosion on other items listed too
When you unbox something it stays hidden for trade (and for this site) for 7 days, i'm just saying people getting the deagle on the first day are fewer than in the followint days, so the number will explode as more deagle get tradable
The prices will fall huge, since today was the first day people could sell, but in the meantime people started buying the passes, so each day im sure the price is going to fall. Heck light blues are being sold of for like 5€ which is bull. Those skins are like 20 cents skins max
@@caramelcalimero9479 everyday prices will drop. And on Saturday they will fall like crazy because people started playing in the weekend for the stars, so thats when the majority will put their skins to the market. Light blues should logically fall into the 0-0.50 cent marker. Cases around 1-2€.
now that everyone knows the case is expensive they will now start to redeem it too and try to sell it. Two months from now prices will fall to 50% or maybe lower.
The prices don't make any sense now, 1 star is around 40 cents. The least sought after item should be less than 40cents per star but they are not. The prices are just set by the lucky ones who didn't get their acounts banned. If the pass stays any longer they'll definitely crash
i know there are other comments about this but just letting you know that once you complete an armory pass, you can 'remove it' and buy another one. the only limitation ins that you can have 5 at a time, but apart from that, given infinite time, you can buy infinite passes
Price will go up and down for a few days now on the gallery case, people unboxing them way more than what can be released to the market daily which causes the price to first drop and then climb until the next days batch can be marketable. If you want to smart about it wait to sell an hour or two before next days cases get released. For my timezone on GMT thats 7 in the morning every day (you can check this from the red text on your market locked items)

As history has proven...buy low, sell high. I sold my Glock-18 Twilight Galaxy for $25 back when I first dropped it because I thought it would crash even further. Now it's worth $240.
Shouldn't the gallery cases give you a little less than double from selling? I think this because there is a lot of demand, and everyday the price will spike once tradeholds release. Also the fact that you cannot buy stars directly anymore means the stars don't have a certain value, which should technically mean that you would 100% be able to profit from buying gallery cases and selling them.
Digital merchants have no value, the market itself has potential infinite supplies and the market itself isn't fair and transparent enough, very easy to be controlled by few people.
Yeah but the fade isn't going to be worth as much as other coverts because it's easier to pull and there's going to be a huge supply already way before armory changes
I'm pretty sure the graphic collection is gonna be the long game profit. It's being slept on and once it's gone it'll be one of the rarer items for selling
Just got the 25 stars and spent them on a shit deagle. Its 555 with literally 0 blue. The only good things is that is MW. They are 25 euro now, but on the 18th I can sell it, so I guess I will get a 12-13 euro at best..
Dont know the odds for the charms, but guessing a red one is rarer than a red outside a collection. Maybe wrong as people were not into charms until now. Baby karat T has multiplied x 4. Think these ones will remain having huge prices ... Sausage buddys .. not rly.
people, I just want my money back, with which they bought the armory pass. 1 pass costs something like 15 dollars, so it's enough to sell them 3 crates and they're back in profit. Same thing is with charms (keychains)
0:04 This was always gonna happen, cuz of tradehold after buying from SCM. Today only the cases redeemed during the first 6 hours of armory were available. In less than 8 hours the price will drop to €1.00
Never buy new items within days or even weeks of them hitting the market. Let the price drop to a stable position, then you can decide wether or not investing is worth it. The pass has been used so many times, i think ultimately it’s a waste of money and buying from the market will be a better option.
desert is limited item maybe everyone have it now but watch how many of them have it after 3 - 4 years and they can never get it anywhere anymore. beware same is with operations so you have 2 best options. sell them right away at a high price. or keep it for years and sell it for a high price then when everyone uses and sells they case you are one of the few guys who still have it. sure it takes a lot time but cs2 get updates and seasons and be more popular It will make your price for case even higher then you expect
if you inspect the most expensive ak charms they're all bright gold and the rarity of the gold ak is rarer than the reds but not by much i think reds are .064% and gold ak is .053% ((16/5)/6) the 6 being a guesstimate for how many patterns fall into the gold/yellow

if you bought the new stickers your making phat stacks cause for one sticker is like 1 dollar and 1 star per sticker is 40 stickers and 40 stars per pass, if you got 5 passes thats 200 stars aka 200 dollars which is huge money
B4 the kukri gets a new case with new knife patterns when valve releases a full operation update when the new map releases. The Gallery case falls in price and gets rotated in normal drops.
don't buy yet, they are heavily overpriced, tried to snipe some things early, but they got way too high too fast xD but barely anyone opened items first day I guess
People on th steam Market are braindead thinking people are gonna pay over a thousand for a common m4 fade skin and a mid awp skin and these jacked up prices for the rest of items. Im gonna wait till the market gets fully floded and buy some keychains for pennies.

True that game is ass and unplayable But ppl still play it and skins are still cool and have value and gambling, trading and other is still exciting and can be profitable
