Confirmation that the tomato paste version is an imitation of the ketchup version. Ketchup, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and apple sauce are the way to go. I believe onions should be very caramelized and blended into the sauce like in Indian curry.
Is it OK to eat in old West Berlin ?? I had my first Currywurst from a stand under the U-Bahn bridge outside Zoo station. !!!! Totally hooked on it.
