Keynote Speaker Ryan Estis and team got to have lunch and learn more about the Culver's guest experience. Beyond the ButterBurger Ryan and team wanted to better understand the brand and the guest experience in anticipation of Ryan's closing keynote presentation at the 2018 Culver’s Reunion, the annual conference for Culver’s franchise owners and suppliers.
Culver's is in the "people" first business, which was evident when a chorus of happy birthday broke out for one very special guest. Helen was celebrating her 96th birthday at Culver's restaurant and share some very valuable perspective with us on life, love, loyalty and legacy.
